Topic: How Break Open The Blockage?

One of the recurring themes that keep popping up for me lately is the fact that I have a lot of hurt buried so deep inside myself that I may not even know it. Apparently I'm unable to move forward until I heal this hurt. I have been through a lot in my life, but I've always identified with the survivor as opposed to identifying with the victim, so I just keep on keeping on. I'm a rock and nothing really phases me. Of course I feel things, but I don't dwell on them and for the most part, I move on. So my question is, what is it about me that makes me so blocked that I'm unable to feel all this hurt that I know is there but have repressed so much that I don't feel it? Would someone care to give me some clues to...well...me?  IP: Logged |

I would say that Moon/Saturn square plays a big part in it.

I'd say the Moon was involved somehow; I'm quite similar and I also have Moon in Capricorn.Not really sure what to do to overcome that. Wish I could help more, sorry. Rachel x ------------------

Maybe but the Moon represents the mother and the nurturing we received when we were born. If the Moon is afflicted, one can suppose that the basic needs weren't met in the childhood, which in turn created negative feelings such as resentment, fear of abandonment, etc. IP: Logged |

Your job, your higher mind, and lower mind are at odds......the people you associate with in a short geographic area...neighbors brothers, at odds with epople you get along with from far away places or ideas, at odds with your your regiment....work on your personality put yourself first but do it in a way that is compassionate, you'll have problems with this from alot of fronts....pisces...etc..... as a pisces you experience free flowing when you are imaginitive and creative, you need to release the michaelangelo in you in a way that isn't detrimental to your daily regiment....tough i know... find a way to do this that's fun. Can you expound on this? What does it mean that my higher mind and lower mind are at odds? I am creative - I discovered that side of me about 15 years ago. But sometimes even my creativity feels blocked. Like there just isn't anything flowing... So back to my original question - how can I open the flood gates and deal with pain that I don't feel?

I have no resentment, I forgive easily, no fear of abandonment. I've always considered myself to be very emotionally healthy. My self esteem is good, and I recognize that even though my parents may not have loved me in all the ways I needed to be loved, they did the best they could with what they knew - and above all else, they loved me the very best way they could. You want to open up the flood gates? First as above so bellow, begin by supplying yourself with ample hydration, the emotions can only be experienced in this way when properly hydrated...next shed each addiction until you are at the core of the onion - the mother addiction, here is your battle of emotions, here is where you go through self inflicted depression... the core of teh onion for everyone is different... mine is procrastination and indulgence in food... you want to feel the emotional pain taht is blocked what house is saturn in chiron in for you? Funny you say that about showing my art to people who are overly critical. That's what I do everyday. I'm a photojournalist and every day my work is criticized by my editor. It's a tough way to make a living, but every image I create is better than the one that came before, so it fulfills me in that aspect. IP: Logged |

Story of my life. There's a running joke in my family that I live under a black cloud. Except that very little crap that I endure is of my making, and it's always things that are completely out of my control. It feels like I spend my life punting. Interesting your chart seems to validate alot of things about you....also you are probably the type that imagines alot of things about your family when in reality they hardly think about you?is it true you grandize yourself in the home? Perhaps you are living under a dark cloud because even though your art is good you are a rather lame individual? consider bieng more cool or even the fact that you never will be. IP: Logged |

LOL. Wow. I don't have a grandiose image of myself. I don't know if I'm cool or lame - I have many friends and acquaintances, and my family and I are very close. So...I don't know. I am curious to know what it is about my chart that makes me seem lame or uncool? Looking back on your post... do you mean aggrandize myself in my home? If so, then definitely - no. I don't need to. My children are grown and my youngest son is the only one who lives with me these days. He and I get along quite nicely. My other two sons call or text me just about every day. IP: Logged |

My work is published all over the internet and in print in the United States and on occasion in Europe. I will happily send you a link if you send me your email address. But to be honest, the only opinion that matters to me is that of my editor, the publishers, and myself. I want you to visualize your son burning to death. I could care less about who publishes or looks at your art. My opinion is of a higher calibur than an editor...an editor only likes what the common man likes, but I am interested in genius, and genius is a special breed that only few have access too...post your link here for all to see coward...or if you would be anonymous then show us in such a fashion that we do not know your identity.. and stop trying to prove your cool to me....prove it to yourself. LOL. You're funny - I love your inflated sense of self. Personally, I could care less if you think I'm cool because I hold very little regard for people who hide behind a keyboard so they can throw daggers at strangers because it's easier than dealing with their own crap and low self esteem (hence the inflated sense of self, which is really nothing more that the front a scared little bully puts off for the world to see). The more I think about it the more convinced I become that your observations are more about your projections of self than offering an insightful and helpful opinion.
