Does the quality of your sleep depend on Neptune’s placement/aspects in your chart?

My Neptune in conjunct Venus in the 6th. I noticed after physical work I tend to sleep deeper.

My 3 year old son has Mars in the 12th, he is often so restless while asleep, waking up like he is in the middle of a battle...

Any interesting experiences or insights to share?

Hi,

I have no astro answer for this, but I'll be interested to hear what others have to say. I just wonder if you're sleeping better after physical work because your body is more tired, and your mind senses that it needs to let your body sleep?

I wish I could learn to sleep better, just can't switch my mind off for long enough!

I'd go with 12th house ruler. By itself and with the 1st house ruler in combined orb.

I have Saturn ruling my 12th, with the conjunction a few months back. I have been sleeping pretty well.

The aspect from 1st ruler (self) to 12th ruler (sleep) is t.Uranus opposite n.Saturn.

Oh wow, I have Neptune at the end of house 11, so most likely can be seen as 12th. It is at 29 degrees too.

I have a lot of trouble sleeping, often times. I need extreme quiet, and very dark.

I dont have anything in h12.. Aqua rules h12.. Uranus is in H7... Neptune is in H9

I hardly ever remember dreams... Im an extremely heavy sleeper though.. I can sleep through anything.. I can take 3 naps a day, if I could (lol... my leo) I love sleep..

But I have to sleep in pure darkness,even the light on the clock bothers me... also I HAVE to sleep with a Fan on... I cant not sleep w/o a fan no matter the weather..

I'm a light sleeper. If I exhaust myself through work or working out, I tend to get very sleepy. On other days, I lay in bed for about 30mins to an hour to fall asleep. Days when I get REM sleep are good days.
I have stellium in the 6th and the 12th.
Sun, Mercury, Venus, and Jupiter in the 12th.
Moon, Neptune, Pluto, Uranus in the 6th.

For me, it all depends on the level of stress. If I have too much on my plate (like in this past year), the quality of sleep is crap....even if I do fall asleep. I seem to have the best sleep when I have no obligations other than my job. I also fall asleep easily after an exhausting night at work.

-Saturn, Neptune, and Uranus in the 12th. And they aspect almost every important planet in my chart...didn't notice that.
-Neptune trines my Moon and opposes my Mercury in the 6th, and widely squares my Mars (7 degrees).
-my 12th house ruler Jupiter is in the 5th, sextiling my Mars and Sun.

my ruler of 12th is in my 8th
neptune is ruler of my 7th [trining moon, trining jupiter in 8th and conjunct uranus n saturn] and its angular [in house fourth] .. is that the reason most of my dreams are related to kids and family?
there is usually one kid in my dream.
i'm a heavy dreamer.. my dreams are the biggest confusion in my life and they bother me a lot. i see those people and places in dreams whom i have never met/seen in real life. most of times i for see whats going to happen to my close family, like me and dad going somewhere, next day me and dad are at same place i saw. then i have developed insomnia many times in past due to my fear of sleep.
