Ok Northernlad You have the 12th to the 10th like Amowls.Read hers and tell me what you think ------------------

The 8th house is the house of repression i.e.pushing down your deepest self due to trauma or just delayed development. The lesson of the 8th house is to "Be oneself" with all the deepest parts integrated. See my Jung quote. That would sum up the 8th house lessons. Does this fit?? Please say yea or nay
i am a very deep person, i have sides to me which no one knows, but then i don't want any1 to see what lies beneath the surface. i can't be "oneself" with all parts integrated.. i just can't IP: Logged |

Hey Ami,nice to see you!Thank you for posting something positive about that placement. I rarely hear anything good about 6th house moons and capricorn being the moon's fall doesn't help. What you say is true however, I work hard emotionally/spiritually to bring integrity to my activities in daily life. It is impossible for me to be emotionally dishonest. I had not considered the spiritual aspect of the 12th house rulership in conjunction with 6th house activities but it seems to fit. Perhaps feeling itself is spiritual to me. Anyway, it rings very true, thanks for that. IP: Logged |

That has caused me quite a bit of sorrow because I always think the best of people and often get betrayed by their often selfish reactions.Out of my friends in general, none have really ever betrayed me. Some haven't listened to my advice no matter what I said, but then I ended the friendship because I don't want friends who don't at least give my advice a chance, especially when they come back afterwards to apologize for not listening and tell me I was actually right.
Aya- I have the same placement as you, and that's essentially what has happened to me as well. However, I have also had the 'betrayal by friends' aspect as well that Ami mentioned. I seem to be a controversial figure for whatever reason though I try to keep myself out of everyone else's business. Go figure. I think my Sun conjunct the MC probably doesn't help. IP: Logged |

i understand you. the only difference is that i generally don't think too much good about people. you could say i'm the typical pessimist (although i call myself a realist ): i never expect any good and am pleasantly surprised if it happens. that's actually a very, VERY good feeling for me when someone exceeds my expectations. it's a shame i'm too.... shy? inhibited? whatewer, to really express that to them. that's why i get along best with the same types - no need to say anything, yet we both know everything. saying all this beacuse of the similar positions to You. Love life sucks, profesional life is getting worse. What's next? Bad reputation? Death? Ok... I'm exagerating now but seriously... why is has to be like that? IP: Logged |

I can see that. I'm having a ***** and a half of a time with Saturn transiting my 10th right now, been unemployed since September. It took me forever to figure out what I want to do, career-wise. I've been floating along without any real sense of purpose. I've decided to become a teacher, but I'm wondering if I'll always regret not putting myself out there and trying some crazy artistic ventures. IP: Logged |

I'm actually quite "cool" about my friendships. I love my friends dearly but I don't exactly miss them when they're gone. I generally don't like it when people mess me about so if a friend does that, they get dumped without warning. I honestly hardly think twice about it and I don't feel too much sorrow with it... Then again, I see sorrow as a higher octave of disappointment. I feel sorrow when something actually hurts me, but I get disappointed more often than that I feel pain from those disappointments. But when it comes to humanity in general, I feel quite a lot of sorrow. It really hurts me to see how people treat each other, lie to each other and bend the truth for their own gain. Since the 11th house is a humanitarian house too, that definitely makes sense! ------------------ [Insert catchy signature here.] IP: Logged |

i sort of jump back in forth between my 12th house rulers. i have my aries/libra intercepted in the 12th/6th house. so my 12th house cusp is in pisces but my aries is intercepted in there too. everytime i read about the 2 interpretations i can relate with both really well. so ive just excepted that its both. my neptune is in my 9th house. i would say that mentally i get insecure or feeling confused and that ominous foreboding but i dont have sorrows with traveling, high studies, or my philosphical outlook on life. id say in my earlier years and sometimes now, the feelings of lonelyness and desolation were my deepest sorrows but i know theres a deeper understanding to the connectedness of unity. my mars is actually in my libra intercepted sign in the 6th house. i suppose work stresses me out sometimes but i would consider it sorrow... maybe my pets have given me lots of sorrow from the loss. I hear you. What planets do you have in the 8th house? Do you have any planets in the 12th house? ------------------

Yes 12th to the 9th would be sorrow in higher studies, religion, philosophy or foreign travel. Well ,you only deal with the one house ruler of the 12th or I do ,for the mo lol ------------------

Ok Angler You would find sorrow in communicating -either verbal and /or written. You may have sorrow with siblings, cars and short journeys, too. However,I would think you would feel stifled and sorrowful about not being able to communicate the way you would like. Does that fit? ------------------
