Topic: How forgiving are Scorpio Moons?

Last night I got into a nasty argument with my best friend and said some things that are kind of mean (She's a Leo Sun Scorpio Moon.) I haven't been brave enough to call her or apologize yet because one time I made a Scorpio Sun friend mad, and she didn't talk to me for weeks!  Are Scorpio Moons the same way?IP: Logged |

I don't think it has to do with scorpio moons in general. Just communicate with her and tell her youre sorry and if she says she needs her space or whatever then listen to that. Don't be afraid to talk to her. She is yur friend! People spend too much time wondering and guessing about how someone will react. And maybe shes thinkin the same thing! Someone needs to take the first step. So just go to her nicely and say yur sorry and that yu wanna make things better again  ------------------

scorpio doesnt forget and might hold on to what you said. you will probably be forgiven but there might be a side thats a bit more supressed... it could be held against you in subtle ways in the future, like a lack of trust or guarded feelings that dont want to get vulnerable again. IP: Logged |

I am a Taurus Sun/Scorpio Moon. Whenever I get mad at a friend, I will say I forgive them to move on, but I won't forget it!Just talk to her. It'll be ok if she's your friend and you're really sorry.  IP: Logged |

3 friendships that I have had end without forgiveness on their side (though I am probably the one who needed to forgive anyway) were 2 Scorp AC's and one Scorp moon. I have also had about 3 others total, and 2 were Aries chicks.

i'm a Libra sun, Scorp. moon and when i get angry at a friend i tend to avoid them (drift away) that cost me a lot of good friendships, however my current best friend (gem moon, aqua rising) just keeps going at me until i give in and that has been working solid for 4years :P when an issue is not resolved i feel realy hurt (def. a scorp moon thing) and i wont forget easily, but if we adressed the issue and had a "fair" conclusion, then i am very easy to forgive and forget.. Scorpio Moon can be extremely unforgiving... but it takes them a while to get to this point. It adds up in time... If you betray them or hurt them - again and again... they'll come to a point where they'll never forgive - no matter what.
I know a woman - Libra-Scorpio Moon who has an alcoholic husband. At the age of 30 she stopped sleeping with him - and they have been married but staying in separate bedrooms - for the past 20 years. This is her way of punishing him, but she still stays with him (but no sex.. lol) IP: Logged |

That's pretty interesting. From my experience Scorpio mooners were actually beautiful people. I would actually say Cancer mooners were less forgiving just in my experience. Oo boy! They seem really sweet and accepting.....ho ho ho ho man...are you wrong if u think that's true. Not accepting at all, very judgemental, and extremely worried about what people think. I wouldnt say the same thing about scorpio, though. Scorpio mooners always seemed very solid to me. Say what they mean and mean what they say, though they do seem to look for the fly in the ointment all the time and take things somewhat too personally for my taste.But then again I am Cancer sun Leo mooner IP: Logged |

Can't be said better! EXACTLY *me*... for example, I have a LOT of issues with my Pisces about this, very frustrating.. although my Moon in an exact trine to his Sun.. but well that's not about communication, is it? Our Mercury signs (and aspects) have really nothing in common.. quote:

I'm an Aries Sun, Scorpio Moon, Gemini RisingI'm the kind of person, that if your cool with me, I'm cool with you. That's kind of my motto when it comes to relations with people. I useally give people I don't know the benfit of the doubt. But if someone is acting wired, discriminating, or trying to bring me down a peg. I will avoid them, be cold twoads them, and find ways to subtley torture them. Like if a friend drifts from me, and I feel like I want to still be friends and they don't....that is something that is very hard for me to get over. When they try to talk to me I'm uber aloof. And I can't help but think "oh now I'm interesting and normal and cool enough for ya shallow b!tch!? eff you! I know who you are." I kind of realize it's a part of life now though. But these certain two girls that live by me...HAVE NO EXUSE to drift apart from me exsept that they are shallow. Other than that I'm understanding when I drift from a friend. Yeah I feel like I am good at forgiving, but not forgetting. I feel like I am getting more mature though at forgiving people. Cause I know that if I want people to forgive me, I have to forgive people too. Also when a Scopio Moon says they are sorry. THEY MEAN IT. I can't imagine saying sorry if I don't mean it...my ego is too big. lol And if I know I have to but am not sorry I will find ways to sound like apoligizing but still let the person know that I still think I'm right. I think it depends on what you did, how many times they've made allowances, and of course...how close you two are. One of the scorpio mooners I know ended up completely cutting off contact with *family members*, but the matter itself that they were fighting over was pretty serious (and I'm not airing it on a messageboard). To give you a non-revealing idea of what it was that incensed her: they did something that didn't jive with her moral code. And yes, most scorpionic moons have a very strong moral code....mostly of their own making, with little influence from other people. You violate that, and you're pretty much out. Not that its very easy to do so, IMO. Random: I find our friendship a good learning point to tell the difference between this placement and my own 8th house Moon. To tell you the truth, there isn't much difference in the way we react to things (extremism again) and what we can easily percieve, but there are some things I can let go that she'll be going on about days later. I used to be a grudge-holder, but now I just cut people off and forget about them. Also, I'm pretty possessive over my *look*, to the point that if someone shows up with the same hairstyle I got...I'd be fuming. Whereas, she takes it as a compliment, almost to the point that I once thought maybe she really was a libra moon and got the time wrong. But nope, its even on the birth certificate. IP: Logged |

I am a Taurus with Scorpio Moon. Unforgiving if they don't admit to a wrong doing, but if they're honest about it and show in their action (which means never doing it again), then it's forgiven. I understand people make mistakes. However, it really depends what's the situation. Betrayal is not as easily forgiven like cheating on a partner. At some point in time yes, but I still won't be able to trust you.IP: Logged |

Oh yeah I forgot that one of my friends that lives close I've come to terms with. She really was putting effort into making it work for a while. But I just don't like alot of her newer friends. And the feeling is mutual. I actually went over there yesterday. And her new best friend who I would be cool with, if she didn't try to start sh!t with me alot. Thats when I went through a your dead to me phase...and if she did try and come up to me durring that time, I couldn't help being cold.And my life is better now. I moved on and found my self and have had good times with other people with out her. I know that I don't need her in my life. I come to terms that we can be cool just not close or best friends. But the other girl... that lives next door. Hell naw, she was never a good friend who was controlling and jealous of me. And then she wanted nothing to do with me buy the time I was in 5th grade. This girl has always been about status. She would treat me like I was invisible when I went back to that school in 11th grade, and she would act fake and only talk to me if any of her friends talked to me. I know that she is intimidated by me now though. Cause she knows what she did, and she knows that I know. It kind of sucks though cause I am so cool with her parents, her parents are such cool people. IP: Logged |

Thanks for the responses and warm greetings everyone! Glad to be here at Lindaland! And I got her to forgive me! Yesterday I tried emailing her and calling her a few times, but she ignored the email and all my calls (I know that she wasn't doing anything in particular, she was off work and just hanging around the house all day). So today I tried blowing up her phone with text messages every few minutes! She seemed determined to ignore me, but slowly I cracked her defenses. After the 68th message she finally answered me just so I would leave her alone! And then we worked things out. All's well that ends well. Thanks everyone!IP: Logged |
