I read so much that Cappis are evil, vicious &c.So, why & how do they get this bad reputation & it is deserved.? ( I am biased as I am capricorn sun)  IP: Logged |

Capricorns are definitely my cup of tea, I especially like December ones that have that Cap/Sagittarius blend. Adorable people - two of my best friends are Capricorn suns with Sag moons! IP: Logged |

I'm always called evil...lolI guess it could be that if we feel we have something to say, we say it & don't sugarcoat it. Prone to being melancholic, we are sometimes perceived as being mean because of the expression on our face says "stay away." I don't like to be bothered by drama so I retreat into my own world (behind closed doors in my bedroom....I feel like a pisces doing that..lol) Some family members feel that I am selfish sometimes because I think of myself first. But I don't do that to spite anyone. Example: I choose to take a weekend away or spend time out without the kids. If I don't take time for myself to regroup, I'm not any good to anyone especially my kids. IP: Logged |

I'm not evil...difficult, yes, but I'm very honest & real, "live and let live" type of person, I don't get into other people's business, if I can help you, I will, if I can't, I'll tell you right away, no bulls**t on my part. If I don't like someone (and it's usually for a good reason), I don't fight them, I just erase them from my life, I think that's fair...It's the exterior, the way we seem to be, but we're not really that...We look cold & arrogant, but that's just a facade... I have a male capricorn friend who I could never describe as evil. He's lovely kind, just an amazing person. In his spare time he helps oganise outings for children with special needs...for free.I know 3 capricorn women. One is a lovely person, would never do anything spiteful or evil. Very caring. The other two 'friends' however, I think are quite sly, scheaming almost...oh and they are not happy if someone else is happy. They bask in the misery of others :/ Therefore, I don't pass judgement 2 out of 4 are lovely IP: Logged |

Depends on rest of the Capricorns chart and your own chart : )I am soon to be a divorcing a Capricorn. I am Libra so Suns square for a kick off. Found Capricorn VERY cold emotionally. In fact not sure saw any emotion at all, just indifference and 'cleverness'. I can be detached, but not cold. Also Mars sq Merc & Mars square Sat. Moon conj Mars I found to be a 'mean' aspect also. Have a Capricorn friend who is absolutely great though. Maybe its her Libra Moon that helps...

Do we get a bad name? I thought we were quite loyal and dependable. We can be workaholics at times, but Saturn typically keeps us in line and teaches us fairly early on about responsibility.  IP: Logged |

I’m a Cap also, with a strong Saturn in my chart to boot, and personally I love being Cap. There’s this inner reserve of strength, and clarity of vision, to my nature that has protected me all my life from too much trouble and craziness. I love my wisdom and sense of responsibility….I think every sign has the potential to manifest positively or negatively depending on a person’s attitude. An example of most negative image of Capricorn can be seen in the sour and stingy character of Ebenezer Scrooge from ‘A Christmas Carol’. The worst manifestation of Capricorn is that of someone who is ruthlessly ambitious, materialistic, mean, repressed and completely unsympathetic to others, like Ebenezer at the beginning of the story. At it’s best Capricorn is unflinching loyalty, determination and patience. Someone who can be depended upon to do what they say, who always has your back, and doesn’t give up easily in the face of challenge…

I had to do that too many times, I've been patient with a lot of weak-mided, fake little backstabbers, but I've lost that patience over the years, so they're all gone. Now I have only ONE true friend, a person I can always count on, and I know she's the real deal, she helped me a lot, in many ways, she literally made me a no. 1 person in her life, and that's a big deal. Now that's loyalty to me, and us Caps, as we are loyal, we appreciate loyalty of others more than anything else.

In my experience they're status seeking, not very loyal at all. They'll ditch you if you're on the bottom, but stick to you like sugar if you're on the top again. Of course with a stellium in Cancer and an Aries Mars, my account may not be that objective..hehe. I also have a Cap ASC. IP: Logged |

Because they are downright practical which might seem to others as being mean or selfish. Its all relative remember? I am surrounded by Cappys and Crabbies. Money money money........though it may feel disgusting or repulsive (for some) that has its advantages too (lots). IP: Logged |

My experience with an Aqua/Cap is that he is very cold emotionally. Ambitious he may be, but in the end how fulfilling is that? People are social creatures and they need love...if you aren't going to open up, or at least show some kind of care (empathy), then you can't expect a deep connection in love. It's unfortunate because they have the potential of being great partners. The good ones are...the others, they have some work to do.
Who ever said Caps and Scorps are similar is wrong. They are not...Caps seem to lack passion in the area of human relationships. Sorry...I think I'm just ranting at this point. IP: Logged |

1. Manipulative
2. Devoid of all emotion
3. Selfish
4. Want you to do everything they like even if you don't want to.
5. They are not aware of anybody but themselves
6. Are just all round horrible.
7. Try to act like it was your fault when it was theres.
8. Cruel
9. Try to undermine you.
