Any insights as to why they are like this and how to handle someone like this in a relationship context? I am asking because someone with this placement recently came back into my life after many months. Thanks in advance for any insights. IP: Logged

Mine also re-entered my life, he said he had never wanted to leave me in the first place and came back for me. I found even when we were apart, the bond seemed to still be there. He really hurt me, was cruel, vindictive etc. But there were other great things about our relationship which is why after all this time I am considering this again.I am trying to understand if these are typical scorpio moon characteristics and why they resort to game playing and manipulation. It seems when we moved our relationship to a deeper level and real feelings were involved he started to show his dark side. Not sure why they do this. Can anyone give examples of this type of behavior? want to make sure I am not just being too sensitive. IP: Logged

I have heard this is a tough combination. Not to mention in synastry we have venus conjunct pluto, DW sun pluto contacts, moon sextile pluto, mars sextile pluto. In composite we have moon conjunct pluto and venus trine pluto. I have always felt control was an issue from the beginning needless to say! IP: Logged

woah cakes Knowflake Posts: 506 From: Registered: Oct 2010	posted June 15, 2011 05:19 PM ummm, well my very first long term boyfriend was a scorpio moon, in the 8th. he has a lot of affliction in his chart in terms of emotions. he was extremely cruel to me 1/3 of the time and an angel the rest of the time. he got pulled into dark times and that was part of it but i do think scorp moons CAN have that tendency to go to extremes. i know some really healthy ones too who are very emotionally generous and full of integrity. my ex is still very pulled in two different directions all these years later and i think it's really hard for some of them to reconcile the two extremes. Don't go more than 2 degrees for ANY aspect. 1 degree is better. Ami Anne...checked the asteroids...nothing of the dark ones stood out but he does have venus conjunct hades. Could this aspect be almost like venus conjunct pluto although maybe darker? The stubborness, vindictiveness, attraction to other broken and crazy people...these are the negative traits I have encountered in them again and again. Extremely self-absorbed, etc. The positive sides are loyalty, dedication and intense love. BUT...in my personal experience, these aspects were just wiped out by the negative ones. Even when they were far less frequent than the positive actions - the negative ones were so awfult that they tended to overshadow the good. IP: Logged

I do like intense people though but you are correct about the bad attributes outweighing the positive ones. It's exhausting. ANd yeah, the self-absorption is off the charts with this guy.
