Cancer would like a date of a home cooked meal.
They would like to snuggle and watch a movie. They would love you to shed a tear with them.
The way to a Cancer Venus heart would be to show that your heart is tender ,too.
My last 2 cars were Crown Vics. These would be Cancer cars.
They felt like you were driving from a plush sofa in your living room.
They were like tanks so you were not afraid of accidents 
Cancer Venus likes tender things--movies, books and music.
PS Car wise--Cancer could have a Volvo

I think venus must be exalted in sagittarus because sag traits and venus itself are so compatible together. I feel a lot sagit venus in myself. How can Venus be peregrine in sagittarus? I have venus in 9 paladius, 10 on mc on equal house system. I feel 9 and 10 at the same time but it seems 10 to me. Joi de vivre is motto of sag venus and it fits  IP: Logged |

Well... the only major aspect to my Aries Venus is a loose conjunction with Saturn. Otherwise the only close aspect is quintile Lilith. IP: Logged |

The planet Venus in general is a bit convuluded due to the fact that our western cultural ideals taint the idea of what the planet actually represents... To be pleasing to others is the most authentic identity of femininity in our culture, that is why women with a ego centered Venus - such as Venus in Aries, or a very androgynous Venus such as Gemini, are seen as signs that don't work well with Venus. Venus is Exalted in Pisces. Neptune is also said to be the lower octave of Venus. Pisces is about universality, being one with the universe, love for all existence. You may feel that Venus and Sag are immensely compatible because of the similarities between Jupiter and Venus. Both are benefics. But Venus is not always about joviality. It's about partnership and empathy. "Relation" is the key word for Venus, and Sagittarius as a sign is too independent. IP: Logged |

I do things like the descriptions say, to show my affection. But I'm uncomfortable with it especially since its conjunct Saturn I don't understand why anyone would want me. On a very logical level, like, I know they do, but if they do I'm always thinking me????? O_o And even though I do things to show my affection I'm very reserved about it, I hate showing it if I'm not sure how they feel. Not a flirter unless they do it first.IP: Logged |

Ami I noticed you have talked a lot about venus in taurus and My most recent ex was a venus taurus. She was very tiny and thin (105 pounds or so and about 5'5) though and seemed quite talented at sleeping anywhere, even a hard wooden bench. Maybe not what you would expect of a venus taurus? Who might have more curves and require a soft bed with satin ... Although I think culture has something to do with it and maybe hers might make venus in taurus people less needy of pleasurable things. I am always interested in the roles culture play and sometimes that alone waters down influences although if she really succeeds in another area of the world (and is impacted by another culture for a long period of time) those traits might come out more.I am a venus in sag in house 11 and love to travel and meet new and unique people/situations. Venus is a big part of me I believe and waters down my more scorpio and cap leanings (I am heavily saturnized otherwise). If I have the money, I would love to be able to enjoy years of travel around the world in hole in the wall hostels and enjoy street food etc. Though at home, I love good quality organic food, it is a must. I am also a snob about my beer and need obscure music movies and other cultural things and feel bored when people talk about block busters or some cliche rock band/musician. That last part almost seems more Venus/Taurean, enjoying quality things at least, but I have almost no Taurus besides my NN. I think since my venus trines moon, almost exactly (within 44 minutes) I feel right at home expressing my venus qualities, which again, are geared towards travel and culture, being in sag. I notice when I am with a girl and if I get on the topic of travel, she becomes very interested and I must seem attractive talking about travel, it seems natural and it makes me happy to talk about. Carl - The NN means a lot. It's a progression. You'll be really healthy and physically fit by the time you reach your 40s/50s/60s. (The timeframe on this depends on how open you are to Taurean things). I guess for some it can happen earlier in life, but I don't know many examples. It's all about the learning curve from Scorpio to Taurus. Many people with this NN/SN have a health crisis (or several) in life.
Taurus teaches you to care for your physical body, which doesn't come naturally... because Scorpio can be so intensely focused on spiritual matters and on *other* people.. that they neglect their physical selves entirely. It shouldn't be a matter of neediness.. but rather a matter of wanting something FOR yourself because you value yourself and because you feel you deserve it.
I know that this is easier said than done. But it will work out, I'm so positive.

Well... it's conjunct Neptune. What else can I say?I once had a very short-lived relationship with a man who had the exact same placement in the exact same sign, and he ended up singing own-written songs to me. I like to think I'm the type to do that too (if my songs weren't all about heartbreak, it would kind of send out the wrong message  ) As for Venus in Sagittarius? I don't know... Did I mention I quite often have very short-lived relationships? Did I mention my Venus is in 1st house, too? I can't really describe how my Venus position affects me, but all I can say is that the energy is right. So that's a "Yay"  ------------------

Hey Double B. Funny you should say that, as when I lived on my own during college for the last two years, and a year after graduation, I did take great care of my body. I walked and/or exercised every day, made it a point to eat (organic if possible) 5-6 fruits, 2-3 veggies and in general, healthy home cooked meals. My diet went to **** when I went abroad however as I was more interested in making friends, understanding the culture and maybe more interested in spiritual matters. But yah, I was well on my way to focusing on the body in my early 20s for that time frame. Now I wanna get back to that. Eating healthy = cool.MY NN is in 4th house too, so I wonder if that is why I hate hate hate being home while sick. I need to get out. Maybe I need to learn to build a home for myself where I can relax and eat good. IP: Logged |

my venus is in scorpio conjunct pluto right by the descendent in the 7th house. and considering my risings in taurus and my sun/mars/merc are in libra, venus is a strong planet for me its energy deffinately plays well in my personality. i dont really think venus does all that bad in scorpio personally plus since its conjunct pluto its even more true to its scorpionic nature. besides the jealousy.. and insecurities that stem from jealousy and paranoia haha i like the intensity. its apart of me and my love nature for sure. i think its those deep deep feelings i can harness for loving empathy. i feel like my perception towards other people are fairly accurate and help me in dealing with people on a daily bases. im not very controlling though, at all. at times i can feel it inside me, like i dont want someone to do something or the other but i dont do anything about it becuase i know that everyone is free for their own choices, instead i try to figure out why so and so does what they do and talk about it. so i guess understand it. one thing i really do need to work on though... is jealousy. if i were to see my boyfriend flirting or talking to another girl i think i would automatically burst into a volcanic rage inside my chest. its taming it thats the trick. and the crazy part is that its instictual, i dont think about it i just imediately react which is the sucky part. usually it has to be pretty flirty though cause casual stuff wont make me so crazy. maybe its the betrayal or something. depending on the situation i might hold grudges too that i try to let go and forgive.
