Well I have been doing it for 2 hours a day for 2 years so what would that mean  ------------------

You have to be a completely positive person with no ill will towards anyone if you want to be able to receive Kundalini. The Vibration of your body wouldn't allow it unless that is the case. You have to be a person that is of unconditional Love. Only then was I able to accept the powerful energy of Kundalini. IP: Logged |

This is my best advice with Astrological man--Don't engage.
He has already had 5 separate incarnations on LL.One as Valerie Knight from China .He is prolly cruisin for a bruisin to lose this one.

I don't want to talk about it too much. There are a number of things that happened to me. Some things are the mental acuity coming and going, poor memory recall, emotional fluctuations.. not being able to work like I want to.I had it before I actually felt it going up my spine. IP: Logged |

there are so many ways to kundalini as a personal experience,for my part it was a huge impact and eversince it occured,my whole being has been transformed,so it is a lifechanging experience.for those who have partial awakenings...maybe it is more confusing.the power once awakened travels up the spine and pierces through all the chakras...i have gone through all of this and i now know that my physicallity is closely interconnected with all that is...hard to describe to anyone who hasnt been going through such an experience.mine was all encompassing,all chakras involved all invisible realitites wrapped open,but i wouldnt say it had a schizophrenic effect on me,it has opened me up to other realities that i have never been able to perceive before...after all i am thankful! I found I was psychic so maybe it did open. ------------------

cause i have been really into the kundalini study big time over the past two years i dare to say that there are some clear indications,almost always present when a persons kundalini awakens:*there is a sensation occuring at the base of the spine,it causes some people to feel nausea,to have heightened sexual desire,or to feel ungrounded,making one feel dizzy *if one is perfectly grounded and in perfect resonance with mother earth,the above mentioned symptoms wont be physically draining(for me it was!!!) *as the kundalini rises up the spine,some say it feels as if electricity is runing through their spine(for me it feelt like little tingles) this is not a permanent phenomenon but it is a very significant one,those who have kundalini awake will always assure that the spine is *active* in some way *as this power travels up,the person will experience heavy body symptoms that correclate with the energybodychakra system.every human has one,whether you are aware of it or not,those who have kundalini feel the chakras in their body without being able to describe this experience.if your energysystem has blockages the symptoms in your body will go wild and it can casue you severe healthissues *at some point(after the down-low chakras have been worked through)kundalini reaches the area of sound(ears)and third eye,then one becomes initiated to perceive otherwordly realities
if these sympotms occur,one can be sure that it has been awakened from its coiled place(kundalini is located at the basechakra)
if these sympotms occur not profoundly lifechanging,than one can say that kundalini is partially awake and is not canalyzed in a proper way(~~which is often causing physical/psychical discomfort in various ways)
ascensionsymptoms do occur for many people in these days and i connect that phenomenon with the kundalini power of mother earth(the planet is a body with chakras too)
when the body of earth is affected through celestial movement,the human body(and its electromagnetic field) is affected too.those having kundalini often become more sensitive to energies that are around,whether these energies are coming from spirit/other humans/celestial body movement

I opened my third eye about 2 years ago. I felt the tingling sensation in my brow. Then slowly I began to feel the other chakras. That evolved to a complete energy body when I meditate. I also have moments, where a stream of energy will come into my ears and make them vibrate, going directly to the area of my brain and sending vibrations into my body. I have never had hallucinations. Some Chinese texts say that if you have images you are not meditating the right way. Astral travel maybe possible for some people. The great masters here on earth wouldn't be able to astral travel because they would find out who they are and it would have devastating effects on the people of the world when the person came back into that body with this realization. I believe that there are some great masters from the past who have currently incarnated on earth at this point in time. The knowledge of who they were must be kept unconscious from them for obvious reasons. Only lowly beings are able to astral travel, if they learn the trick. IP: Logged |

this is the big confusion!all those teachings that restrict this or that,or say that one must meditate for ages before one may awaken the own kundalini,to be honest i am really glad i found out on my own casue all of those dogmas are too confusing!limitation is the last thing one needs when going through kundalini

I get so tired of dogma.. Great article. I was wondering why I've been more bloated of late. I do disagree with her on the heat and sweating being a universal symptom. But it doesn't matter. Last night I got so emotional (probably the eclipse too) I ended up crying a bunch and my libra soulmate was trying to ask me what's wrong and I didn't know why I was that bad. Auras are becoming increasingly visible and I'm finally starting to get clairaudient information when I'm not in the hypnogogic state, though it's a rare event. I so miss being able to think clearly and linearly, coherently. I can think in a manner that is very intelligent about some things, but my brain always feels chopped up and disconnected.. it's so frustrating just trying to live like this. Oh and Ami. I discovered that I can sense the energy movement in people's shushumna at a distance. Yours flutters a bit, and while it's not as strong as say yrone's or lucie's, you do have a reversal more often than not. IP: Logged |
