Ami, I was trying to cryptically say your kundalini has a tendency to rise. Shushumna is the central nadi/column where kundalini flows most. The ida and pingala are on either side.Thanks, I'm still not so wise about a -lot- of things. I'm just trying to stay sane-ish. Yeah I know, but I didn't want the influx of people being like, is my kundalini active? When it might change throughout the day depending on apana influences (things causing downward prana movement). I was trying to avoid that scenario at present.IP: Logged |

All I've got is the weird dreams (one explicitly concerning off planet stuff) and the fact that you piqued my interest in an odd past life kind of way. I always felt like my third eye has been open since I was like in 2nd grade standing in line in school my forehead would buzz and I feel it going down my spine ....It could be the kundalini just manifesting as pain I know someone who had a full blow experience after an o*gasm he said the walls started breathing and he felt like pleasure was crushing him he think he experienced the sea of white ... With myself I always stop before I full experience I don't believe i'm ready I already go insane when i'm close to I know it isn't just sexual energy I can do it just sitting in a room I can pick up energy deep in my stomach I don't know why I do this or what for and I don't want to disrespect anything I don't take these things lightly ..IP: Logged |
