I am not sure if the moon sign determines the colour or shape of your eyes. I'll leave that aspect up to genetics  . It does determine your inner self and your deep desires and aspirations however, and as the saying goes... Your eyes are the windows to your soul .Anyway, Leo moon here and my eyes are a very subtle shade of Hazel.   IP: Logged |

People say i have typical scorpio eyes.I'm Scorpio Sun, Libra Rising and Sagittarius Moon. This my clearest photo i could find.

12thhouser, i thought that mercury ruled the hands but that is interesting. makes sense that mercury-ruled gemini is symbolised by twins.i heard that the moon was associated with the eyes because of the saying "the eyes are windows to the soul". if the moon represents our inner self, then its sign could hold some influence over the eyes. i don't think my moon shows through the appearance of my eyes, though. The things is, I'd question whether the moon is associated with the soul. The saying sounds rather cliche, too. Guess I'd prefer to hear (or read) something stronger than that. Thanks, though.

About the eyes, let's just agree to disagree! There's no rule, and we all know astrology is very complicated and statements such as "Mercury/The Moon rules the eyes" is silly, for there are so many things to take into account (ASC/ASC ruler, Sun, aspects, etc).
So far I haven't seen any strong relation between someone's Moon OR Mercury and their eyes.. It's a combination of things. IP: Logged |

Well, actually, it seems there'd be a limited number of planetary and/or luminary influences into various parts of the body. The eyes may be the "windows to the soul" (inner self), but they're the "windows." I've come across more than one resource mentioning Mercury ruling the eyes because of Gemini.

Wow! Those are some interesting observations. Yes, I am an Aries rising, with Aries Moon, Virgo Sun, Virgo Mercury and Leo Venus. My pluto is conjunct DC. Oh, thanks lunatic!
