I am not certain if this is the appropriate place to post this but...I understand that the sign on the 7th house cusps, the descendant, indicates how you relate to others and and the type of partners you choose in your life. The asteroid Juno is supposed to indicate the type of partner you will get opposed to the person you would want. I found an interesting connection between the two in my natal and was hoping somebody could explain the significance in it. My 7th house cusp is at 8 deg. of Pisces, so Neptune being my 7th house ruler. I have Neptune positioned in my 5th house, along side Juno. Could this mean that what I want in a partner and what I need in a partner in harmony? Or am I reading too much into this? Many thanks =) ------------------ ...and so we pass on by the crimson eye of great god Mars as we travel the universe... IP: Logged |

I thought both the 7th (+ the 7th ruler) and Juno - represent the kind of partner you will get. It all falls under .. 'the partner that is good for you'.. and balances you - not necessarily the partner you most want to be with. My ex (longest rel) has Moon conjunct mine in my 7th house. And his AC is conj my DC in early Cap. I never had a strong desire to be with him but I did think we worked well as a couple. IP: Logged |

I've never chosen 7th house-related partners. They just come to me. They enter my life, one way or another, and we end up together - it just so happens (I'm also taking into account the ruler of the 7th here). quote: I have Neptune positioned in my 5th house, along side Juno. Well, the 5th house (not Juno) can represent people you desire and seek out romantically. The fact that Neptune is your DC ruler and present in the 5th means: You have FUN with your long term partners. They are people you are also sexually attracted to and you like the spiritual connection between you. And yes - it could mean that what you want and what you need in a partner- is in sync. The partner is represented by Neptune so he could be an artist/musician/physicist/doctor or a spiritual leader. IP: Logged |

Thank you all for your replies.Betty Boop, You may be correct, but I thought that Juno was the partner that you will end up with, whereas the Descendant is just how you relate to people thus being the type of person you attract. Making Juno and the Descendant rather different. But I could be wrong, this is just what I recall reading somewhere. Interesting, my boyfriend's Moon is in Pisces conjunct my Descendant. ------------------ ...and so we pass on by the crimson eye of great god Mars as we travel the universe... IP: Logged |
