I have neptune in the fifth house, does this mean I will have illusions about romance and children that are false?
It is also conjunct my saturn, thoughts?

It's not all doom and gloom.

Neptune in the 5th conjunct Saturn can point to immense creativity, it gives the ability to manifest said creativity into reality.

by booyfriend has his saturn/uranus/neptune conjunction in the 5th house as well. i think that becuase neptune is conjunct saturn and uranus it grounds neptune a lot and softens any harsh overtones of saturn. saturn in the 5th can also signify an over bearing father or one that was absent. which rings true for his chart. uranus in the 5th is very inventive and creative as well as neptune. i think that uranus gives a liking to unusual partners, while neptune gives a romantic very giving nature, and saturn makes a more serious outlook on relationships and romance.

so considering that neptune is conjunct saturn it wouldnt get soo lost in fantasies

Yes, a lot of your points sound right.

-I do enjoy drinking and escaping from time to time but luckily I have learned to control it.

-Also, like your boyfriend my father was pretty absent from most of my life.

-Also, I tend to be very generous when it comes to love. I put my partner on a pedestal. However, I do sometimes let the fantasy take over and as a result end up with a partner that does not fulfill my needs for committment or a partner that plays games.
