huh what you on about lol. I just think it's ridiculous someone is saying transits were the cause of their weight gain? I think it's pretty silly.

It's one thing to say ok so and so acts the way they do cos they have moon in ___ with whatever aspect but to put so much weight on transits is kinda over the top?

You can maintain obesity on oranges. The healthiness of the matter doesn't offset caloric surplus, with the exception of over eating vegetables which I mentioned in the link.

I think we both have valid things to offer from the experience of having had and healing from an eating disorder along with the holistic orientation, and mine from having a medical condition that made it almost impossible to stay in a non-overweight bmi, doing a lot of my own research into scientific studies, as well as the diet/personal training experience and working with emotional triggers that tie into eating. I wouldn't invalidate the experience you have to give.

Mint most people on here use transits to track the things they're going through. The elite, astrologers, and astrotheurgists all use them. I'm not saying astrology is practiced perfectly, I don't think it is, but there are many studies concerning transits and pregnancy, bankruptcy etc. Utilizing transits is a technique that has been used for millenia.

Girl, you are preaching to the CHOIR. My weight has been out of control since it's been in my 8th house and will move into my 9th way later where my Mercury and Sun are, respectively. I think I need to wire my jaw shut or something, I just can't resist saying no to such good food all the time! It's crazy because I am a master of self restraint and Saturn transiting my 1st has really allowed me to become the fittest I've ever been, but Jupiter's entry into Taurus is just ruining all of it.

I am usually a work out junkie. I love the gym and usually do a two hour stint three times a week.

I've been keeping away from the gym because the kiddos are home for summer. But, the gym would not hinder the ever expanding waist line, and thighs. Yuck.

The gym won't do. I need to increase my water intake, and just turn food away.

Have no idea how.

And yes my eating is emotional. I'm drowning in food over it all.

But I remember 12 years ago this same crap happening to me, I had just got a job and put on fourty pounds.

Thursday, i got a call for a job interview, but i am not gonna fit in my suit. crazy.

Lonake, I realized that. I'm mentioning that it's happened before, but I am NOT gonna gain fourty pounds.

What can I do? Besides the obvious. I meant astrological advice.

"I meant astrological advice."
---On weight loss, interesting, never heard of that, only specific exercises and foods for the signs.
You need some Saturn going on then sheepie. It rules restriction and Pluto for will power.

I currently have Jupiter Conjunct my natal Jupiter and Natal moon.
and I have actually LOST few pounds because I was already paying attention when this transit began.
I guess ur weight gain, its coming from over-indulgence.

I bet you could make a few million off that idea.. tailoring diet advice to the astrological signs *ponders*

I know you want astrological advice, but do try to keep your gym visits under an hour so you don't send your cortisol levels sky-rocketing. If you really want the endurance factor, go several times a day.

you know, my Cap asc. is being transited by pluto as we speak...

I really need a total makeover.

I need to dig down deep and restrict.
I am talking completely turn it off.

Over indulgent, of course. If you work out 6 hours a week...and you don't lose weight, there is some fatty madness going on.

I hate my arms, they jiggle as I type. Ew.

Even really thin people have jiggly arms. It freaks me out. There needs to be a youtube video advocating awareness for jiggly arm syndrome. That or some song ala weird al yankovic glamourizing it.

Seeing someone complain about their weight and not being able to say anything is like telling a fat kid they can't have a candy bar. I'm totally going to rubber room myself and scream out advice until the tension passes..

Btw.. you have no idea how glad I am that you're safe now.. I just want to say it's a humongous relief! That and you just sound cooler/happier now.

And is it just me, or is it that all the really nice/great guys like larger women? My mom has this guy with a super charged virgo moon.. I mean.. he cleans the entire house and she doesn't have to do jack.. and plays guitar for her in the mornings.. and he likes -chubby- women. My super sweet libra ex was the same way.. he would have preferred me larger. He would also keep giving during sex.. I mean.. 6 is way more than enough gah! I wanted to be like just finish #$()@. I want to cuddle or read a book already.

^ No, it's crap. Catering to what men idealize is dangerous, don't do it. Be your best YOU and that's it.

You're the one that had a thread deleted on the other forum for writing weird things like this? I can't tell by reading the thread about the deleted string, but profane posts like the one you made aren't appropriate.

Nah he never told me to gain weight and I wouldn't have put up with that . Just found it to be a funny observation.
