Sun conjunct Moon exact, conj angular Pluto and Mercury in Scorpio with Cancer Rising

My Cancer Rising is more prominent here:

------------------
Ask Me anything. Anything. I will contrive to bring you the answer. The whole universe will I use to do this. So be on the lookout. This book is far from My only tool. You may ask a question, then put this book down. But watch. Listen. The words to the next song you hear. The information in the next article you read. The story line of the next movie you watch. The chance utterance of the next person you meet. Or the whisper of the next river, the next ocean, the next breeze that caresses your ear—all these devices are Mine; all these avenues are open to Me. I will speak to you if you will listen. I will come to you if you will invite Me. I will show you then that I have always been there. All ways.

Actually I'd take it even further and say that anyone who has Scorpio or Pluto prominent in some way, whether having something in the sign or Pluto on an angle or conjunct a luminary, tends to have eyes that stand out like that :

Prince (Scorpio Ascendant)
David Bowie (Pluto conjunct DSC)
Michael Jackson (Sun conjunct Pluto)

Hmm...

Gluey, your eyes resemble those of my Scorpio friend. He is also very pale, but he's blond with green eyes. To be honest, he also looks younger than he is (he's a few years older than you), and so when he came with me as a guest to the gym the other day, the big bulked up guy at the desk asked him if he was over 18... I saw the Scorpio glare then!

Generally speaking, his eyes aren't that intense, but EVERY SO OFTEN, I catch the trademark Scorpio glare where his eyes just pierce. It's only in flashes, but it's there. I think his Pisces rising softens it a bit.

quote:
Like their intentions are less focused. You can tell less what theyre trying to say with their eyes. Which i think is a strong quality of water signs in general. They "emote" but you never really know exactly what they are trying to say with their expression.

See, I think the exact opposite about the water sign eyes... I can almost always tell exactly what they are saying with their expressions because they 'emote' with their eyes. To me they are more clear than say, an air sign who just likes to be disengaged and use their facial expressions like a mask... But then again, I have a water sign rising and I also have a bucket handle moon, so maybe I can just interpret the water sign eyes better.

I do think most Scorpio suns/risings have that 'stare' ability, but with certain ones it is more obvious than others. My Capricorn friend once looked at me (Scorpio asc) and said: "Wow... That is a really good look of death... Almost as good as her's." (Pointing at our Scorpio sun friend). I thought it was apt. He didn't know anything about the astrology behind it either...

i'm a scorpio rising and have had 'the stare' for as long as i can remember. i never thought of myself as intense, but that is how people often describe me. i don't know about other scorpios, but i can turn the stare on/off, and i usually use it when i need to see right through someone and be able to tell if they are legit or fake. it's a wonderful tool at times - people feel very vulnerable when we look at them as only a scorpio can. it's a penetrating gaze and i can generally see right through any lies or fakery; it makes people very uncomfortable.

I once saw a sign that said "sin is death" but if "all deaths are suicide (linda goodman)" and suicide is sin, then shouldnt "death is sin" be more appropriate?

when organic is used to describe food then you know we have come to a dark age in history

Very true. I'm an Air ascendant and most of my planets are in air, and we do have that innate ability to just disconnect and make our faces into a mask; I've always been grateful for that and felt sorrier for the signs who really can't do that. I actually think it's a somewhat necessary ability to have in this world.

Pluto conjuncts my eighth-house moon and quintiles my mercury though, so I've always been really good at seeing through the BS, I just don't have that Scorpio glare that intimidates people, which I also consider a blessing because honestly it's easier to get a good read on someone when they're completely at ease around you than when they're on-guard and feel they have to protect themselves.
