Lovesong by The Cure has been my favorite song since I was 9 or 10. I’ve listened to it so much that, I hate to say this, but I am a little sick of it…I like the Tori Amos version of it though and I also like Tori’s version of Father Figure…I am now obsessed with A Forest [Tree Mix] by The Cure … Another song I listened to over and over after I first heard it was Soul Meets Body by Death Cab for Cutie. I’m not sick of it yet though… Babe I’m Gonna Leave You by Led Zeppelin One by Metallica is a favorite of all time. Metallica was amazing, almost like classical music cranked up to some crazy level, One is a perfect example of this… Anything 80s is great. For some reason I keep listening to “Vienna” by Ultravox, silly things like that… Someone mentioned Bjork – I still love Debut and can sing the whole thing, it totally reminds me of freshman year in high school! Crying and Violently Happy are my favorites… I have been listening to Rotation by Herb Alpert a lot. I kind of wish my life was how that song sounds, so smooth and sexy… I love all types of music, all genres… *Sun and Mercury in Leo in the 7th trine Neptune

I used to be a DJ, still technically am, so a very hard question. Cue frantically looking through thousands of my records.If I have to give one, it's Pulp - Common People. The Sun and Mercury have little to no effect on what type of music you like. I guess it's down to house 3 ruler which tells you about what type of music you may like. collection... Serious listener here, I went to recording engineering school- never pursued it. Eclectic to say the least. Coffee your pick for Pulp (from that period) is interesting. In an astrological vein I was trying to figure out just what in the chart would show proclivities one way or another. I am of the opinion that this has a stronger societal and exposure indication than anything particularly astrological. I grew up in a house hold where many genres were embraced, and allowed. Fortunate that. Dad listened to old irish (Rovers) and movie / show sound tracks --(Judgment at Nuremberg, and Camelot received heavy play) Mom liked old country western, and later dance (Disco) and Zeppelin. Sister listened to Beach Boys and surf, Motown was big with her. Brother liked Sabbath, Alice Cooper, James Taylor, and Prog Rock. So, myself as the youngest going to all areas and genres. Stephan Grappeli and Django to a protracted Blues period.. (Butter Beans and Susie) I googled [] Music Asteroids [] and found the tune they use for the Heineken Commercial (which always makes my ears perk up for some reason_) The group is called [url= [/URL]]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CdncFjqKcxg][/URL] The Asteroids Galaxy Tour The Golden Age .....was listening to old Chemical Bros and Ministry on the commute this AM. My favorite song is "Feather" by Little Dragon.My sun and mercury don't reflect that at all really though - both being in Leo. I think that really it's not the type of thing that you can pin on one or two planets, you'll get a better idea of how someone ticks and basically what their tastes are if you look at the entire chart and how everything in it, works together. ugh when ever I try to ask a Gemini guy what kind of music he likes..."everything"  Too me that is almost like saying nothing. lol I mean my music taste is kind of random and diverse...but I'm not going to tell people I like everything. Cause there is definitely some stuff out there I can't stand like screamo music, elevator music, and disney channel kids having a singing career. (with the exception of a few Miley songs)

I have a prominent Venus in my chart and there is no way I could ever pick a favorite song of all time… I love literally hundreds, maybe even thousands of songs… as long as it sounds good it doesn’t matter what genre it is… pop, hip hop, R & B, grunge, alternative, rock, country, movie sound tracks and themes, old hits or new hits…. even some classical, and new age vibrational stuff…. If it’s pleasing to the ear I’ll listen… and I probably know every hit since about 1970, and also most of the stuff before that…The kind of music I like to listen to changes depending on my mood, If I’m revved up… it’s fast aggressive sounding music with a strong beat… if I’m feeling more mellow it’s sweet romantic songs (of any style)… if I’m feeling moody, it’s darker more tormented sounding music… you get the picture. I must admit that I do have a fondness for the early 90’s music because that’s when I ‘discovered’ music as a kid and started taking an active interest in it… and in keeping with my prominent Venus I really do enjoy a good love song…. Not just the silly cheesy kind… but ones that really move you and make you feel, and just put you in a refreshed and positive mood… or make you give a sentimental sigh… Asc in Sagittarius
