So NIN is one of my favorite "bands" of all time..Trent Reznor is the talent behind NIN (he has a band that performs live with him though) and one of the musicians I admire the most. 
NIN is dark, angsty, emotional, brooding, self-pitying, self-loathing ..and Trent Reznor is a modern day 'Byronic hero' ..dark, mysterious, intelligent, sexy ..
He was a sex symbol in the 90s because of his song, "Closer".  His music is electronic/rock/experimental..he is kind of a pioneer of industrial rock and he helped bring it to the attention of the masses. He has created music for the movies Se7en and The Social Network (he won an Oscar for that one) Some lyrics from Trent/NIN that I think show his 'style'

So basically I am very interested in this man and the type of person he is. I love this type of man..sexy as hell, and I love sad songs

That man - I LOVE HIM! He's a Taurus/Cap combo, and I'm a Cap with a Taurus Moon...everything he ever did musically, I absolutely loved...I'm glad he won an Oscar for movie music, he's the person that deserved it the most!EDIT: "I believe I can see the future, cause I repeat the same routine...I think I used to have a purpose, but then again, it might have been a dream...." my fav lines... a lot of taurus' i know love this kind of music so that might have something to do with it------------------
I once saw a sign that said "sin is death" but if "all deaths are suicide (linda goodman)" and suicide is sin, then shouldnt "death is sin" be more appropriate? when organic is used to describe food then you know we have come to a dark age in history IP: Logged |

Trent is actually very Plutonian, which explains his dark side.The T-square formed between Pluto/Mars/Uranus, Saturn and Venus/Jupiter is obviously the hardest part. It affects his relationships (5th, 8th houses) and his self-worth (2nd house) in a chaotic way.
He has struggled with depression and drug abuse (Sun opposite Neptune, Moon in the 12th), but he is also very creative and knows how to translate his dark experiences into art (Neptune in the 10, Venus/Jupiter in the 5th). I think it's quite a "miracle" he is still alive, because his chart is pretty difficult in my opinion: there must have been/be a lot of frustration, depressive feelings, lack of self-love and acceptance, all in one person. I say that because of the Ascedant ruler, Saturn's position in his chart, squaring Venus/Jupiter and opposing that Pluto/Mars/Uranus stellium. A LOT of frustration, limitations, fears, restrictions, etc. But Mercury is his saving grace I think, it probably helped him "reason" with himself, supported by a fairly well-aspected Moon in Sagittarius. Very interesting but difficult chart to have! The stellium in the 8th probably helped with "regeneration" and "rebirth", because it is said that planets in the 8th are the sign of a "survivor". oh and yea, taurus happens to be scorpios natural opposite (complement) so taurus definitely has its own dark side------------------

Obsession is a Plutonian theme, and he has plenty of that going on. Also, it's a loose opposition, but I think the public sees Neptune in Scorpio on the MC, the Scorpionic illusion. Yes! Plutonians possess that power. Also, Neptune is almost always strong in charts of sex symbols. This is Neptune in Scorpio:

Mars tightly conjunct Pluto in the 8th is enough to fulfill the Scorp quota.
Mars rules his 3rd house of communication and is placed in the 8th house of death, sex, etc.
Venus conj Jupiter in Gemini in the 5th for creative talents, sq to Uranus in the 8th for a lightning bolt of inspiration. Venus is also how he would express his talents so there's something unique there when in aspect to Uranus, an interesting style.

I have dw Mars conj Venus with Woody Allen. Had a huge crush on him as a teen, haha still do. Plus my Sun is conj his Dsc, he has Virgo Asc I have Merc/Dsc, he has Aqua Moon and Venus/Uranus I have Aqua Dsc, he has Sun/Merc/Jup conj in Sadge and they're all conj my Dsc ruler, PLUS natally we both have Pluto in hard aspect to Venus/Mars and also Venus aspect Moon. ^ Your 5th really makes sense in comparison to his chart since you have Pluto and Uranus there, which are strong in his chart re: his sexuality since they're conj his Mars.Another big draw are the angles matching up. And you have Scorp DSC and he has that strong h8/Pluto emphasis. Pluto is your DSC ruler it's in the 5th so it's doubly important for your men to be Plutonian.
It looks like you have Venus sq Pluto.
He has Mars conj Pluto.
That's a pseudo Venus/Mars conjunction. He has Moon in Sagittarius, you have Sun conj Jupiter,
a pseudo Sun/Moon conjunction I don't think it's silly to post celeb comparison charts, it's good to study attraction which always seems so mystifying anyway. You think, 'what is' that special something that attracts one to another. It's still a mystery.

LMAO..look at what's happened..Trent really is a god among men lol..By looking at my own chart, I can understand why I'm so into his music. Capricorn sun, Scorp ASC, Venus in Scorp in 1st house, Pluto in Scorp conjunct ASC, and I have a Sagittarius moon.
