@Atlantis I think if there's great mental rapport, a feeling of growing together & learning new things and -a lot- of mutual respect then it is very high, otherwise v.low and you won't be bothered with just anyone. Luckily you have Moon conj Sun helping matters out. That conj needs to be supported in the synastry. .. . I have Moon conj Venus Capricorn 6th house sq Pluto/MC (v.close) and Saturn/Mars semi sextile Neptune. I go for intimacy all or nothing. So sometimes v.superficial relationships and sometimes exact opposite. I guess that would average out to a 5. And when I'm not in the mood for relating I'm v.aloof and ice cold. Some try but they don't sway me, ever, when I'm not looking. I can't be seduced, there's no way. But I can follow what I love, what stirs me emotionally and I know it when I see it. IP: Logged |

I think I come across as pretty aloof or detached. I also use my intellect to protect myself emotionally. But underneath I am VERY emotionally attached and deeply care for those I love, though it is difficult for me to express my feelings physically. Actually my emotions are so intense that I constantly try to keep them "in check". Moon in Aquarius in 2nd house quinkunx Saturn
Venus in Capricorn in 1st house square Pluto on the MC widely sextile Jupiter and Uranus (5 degree each: Venus is on the exact Jupiter/Uranus-mp) (plus Neptune is on the ASC). Not sure how I would rate myself.

Thanks for responding, Yeah that's what I was thinking...Gemini & Capricorn don't seem like they would be a good mix... IP: Logged |

I think you did excellent! Everything you wrote is VERY true for me. I do not deal with just ANYBODY. And If I don't feel some type of deep connection with you, then as you wrote -I won't even waste my time. I don't do casual dating at all.I'll remember that conjunct sun, I think I'll read more into that. Thanks

Do you give that person your all or do you tend to be somewhat of aloof?List your Moon & Venus - signs, houses, and aspects including if they make an aspect together.
In relationships my level of intimacy is pretty high. I have Moon in Aries in the 2nd house and Venus in Leo in the 7th. The strongest aspects I have to those sign positions are Moon opposite Mercury and Venus opposite Ascendant and Moon in a tight Trine to Venus. Overtime I've been able to balance the oppositions in my natal chart. Intimacy to me is sacred and I don't express my self sexually in a relationship unless there's an incredibly strong connection, on a spiritual level. I'm not shy when it comes to intimacy at all my Mars is in Aries and when it's time to go I'm always ready, I've got a tremendous amount of passion in general. I have a heavy 8th house with planets that include Mercury in Libra opposite my 2nd house Moon. I bring a lot to relationships and I'm always looking for and need depth when it comes to intimacy. Intelligence is also incredibly important to me in regards to intimacy, someone with a strong mind will have me head over heels in minutes. Overall I'd rate my intimacy level at an 8. IP: Logged |

Wouldn't it just make more sense to look directly to the eighth house, since that is the house directly related to intimacy? And by that I mean look at the sign on the cusp, the planets in the house if any, and the cusp ruler...I have Virgo on the 8th house cusp, but don't let the tail wag the dog. I have Moon-Pluto in that same house. Thing is, having Virgo on the cusp makes me very cautious and selective about who I 'let in', which I think is more a positive thing than a negative. IP: Logged |
