I don't remember either, but I think he said it to Pam and I know I googled him afterwards to see his sign. At that time, I didn't know much about astrology besides Sun/Rising Signs.

Mmm nice gif by the way!

Is Anna married to Stephen?
I find their Libra stelliums intriguing!

And I'd say Nina with Ian.. But I'm not sure about this.

And d'oh! I agree with you guys, Supernatural is such a great show! Love it.

Doux Reve,

yes to both.

Though not totally sure about the Ian-Nina-thing. Sometimes it really seems like it, and sometimes it feels like a "publicity stunt".
But hey what do I know?
They surely have the juiciness of his Mars conjunct her Venus in Sag trine her Mars in Aries going on for them though.

Ceridwen, yes that's what I noticed, too!

I guess time will tell if it's real or not.
But it's highly probable, methinks

I think it is probably real for now. But I also see that they have quite some o-o-karmic aspects with little Sun-Moon-substance there. But yes, time wll tell.

What I mean is, the sexual chemistry must be immense and fiery and enthusiastic with Venus-Mars in Sag and Aries.

But her Sun has no tight aspects to his personal planets; instead a tight intense karmic square to Pluto (hypnotic and fascinating for sure).

his Sun has no aspects to her planets.
his Moon squares her Uranus-Neptune-Saturn and her Chiron.

Maybe her Moon and Mercury in positive aspect to his ASC and Mercury will make do; at least they might keep the lines of friendship and communication open. Especially with his chartruler Jupiter opposing her Mercury and possibly her Moon.

But two unaspected Suns in a synastry? not sure I would want it for myself. WEll, I am pretty sure I wouldn`t want it. But it might be different for different folks.

I agree with you.

Unaspected Sun (or Moon, for that matter) in synastry doesn't look too good for me.
It's like there is a lack of connection on a fundamentel level.

Sure it's pretty steamy sexually and they're probably very attracted to each other, but it may not be satisfying on the long term.

Jared is a Cancer, he married a Cap.

Jensen is a Pisces; he married another Pisces.

It's painful but I need to remember that men across the "compatible element' threshold, no matter how beautiful, do not belong to me (lol).

At least I still have the gorgeous Ian Somerhalder In true Sagittarius fashion, he has married no one!

Aw come on, just because they married people with a compatible Sun sign doesn't mean it's the same for everyone, I'm sure there are happily married couples with clashing Sun signs. Well, it wasn't the case for my parents but, you know..

EXCUSE ME? If someone stands a chance with him, it`s me.

Nah, not really, but still I like some of our synastry.

But you might be onto something with that Sag-thing. I am not married either and I am a Sag with Aqua-Moon.

I must say though my Aqua Sun Dad married my Scorpio Sun Mom.
But of course his Taurus-Moon opposes her Sun, so that might make sense after all.

Your parents are still togtether, right, Ceri?

My parents have the same configuration, square Suns and my father's Moon opposes my mother's Sun, and let's just say it was a disaster. They have exact Venus Mars square DW though, and a bunch of other things that probably played out negatively.

Yes, still together and married for 38 years this year.
And despite all their nagging at times, they are still going out for walks together and holding hands like teenagers. lol

My Mum`s Venus is conjunct my Dad`s ASC and Saturn exact as well.
And they have a DW of Mars-SAturn-conjunction, but it seems to have worked in tzheir favour (My Mum has Cap on DESC, and my Dad`s Saturn is conjunct his ASC - so that is a nice fit for them).

Sorry it did not work out for your parents.

That's really good, Ceri, it's inspiring to know that some people stay together for so long.

Yeah it's too bad it didn't work out for them, it still affects me to this day. It really breaks you to see your parents separate. So sad it's such a common thing nowadays.

The only people affected by their parent's separation (in terms of their own marital prospects) are women. Women who were children of divorce are 75% more likely to file for divorce themselves later (and we all know that most divorces are initiated by women).

If I can take this opportunity to say anything, it's just that we don't have to follow in our parents' path. Just like we use astrology as a tool for self-awareness, I think women should be aware that seeing their parents separate impacts their own willingness to quit or throw in the towel when things get tough. Awareness is the first step to prevention. The cycle of divorce can be beat.

Aquacheeka, thank you for your input.
Sure we choose how to live our life, we aren't destined to follow our parent's path. But it can be hard to deal with unconscious responses because they are so deep-seated; self-awareness is a good start though! And then, inner work and patience, I guess.

Ceri, thank you

lol, Saggy John Rzeznik of Goo Goo Dolls has been with his girlfriend since 2006. It is now 2012. Still no ring, lol. I feel like women would save themselves a lot of grief if they could just understand that Sagittarius and Aquarius men are boyfriend types, not husbands.

Well, it doesn`t seem to be true for the Aquarius men I know. My Dad has been married for 38 years now, and a colleague of mine has been married for 5 years or so I think.
Maybe it is the fixedness of Aquarius.

As for Sags, well you could be right about that one.
Those I know do not seem to have the intention of settling down, at least not when it involves rings. Maybe they mistake them for chains or handcuffs?

Though just today my mom told the story how when I was a little girl (3 or 4 years old), a boy was informing her and me that he was going to marry me, and I apparently got scared and asked my mom: "I don`t have to, mommy, do I?"

That probably sais quite much about my psyche, though I was little then of course. lol

EDIT:
I think I am derailing my own thread.
Do I have to moderate myself now?

I don't know. My father is an Aquarius (Sun and Moon) and he kinda wanted to marry my mother the moment he saw her. She needed some persuasion obviously. But they've been together a year before they took the plunge. I guess some of them fall pretty hard and fast and they tend to have a pretty good instinct.

I wonder how Jared and Jensen get along because I noticed they have Mars square Mars and from my experience that's a b to handle.

Maybe being both water signs helps them?

Yes, my Aqua Dad is totally crazy for my mom still. I guess if they take the plunge, they really mean it. Or at least some of them do.

Though it was her who was starting the marriage - talk. He probably would have continued the way they were for many more years to come. Hey it was all good,w asn`t it? (easy going Aquarius there, all cool, all relaxed).

Well, she pretty much asked him if he saw them going anywhere, cause if not she would focus on her career (knowing my mom, it was not an attempt to manipulate him into marriage, but she really wanted to know where they stood, so she could plan the rest of her life. lol).
Well, apparently he did not like the thought of her slipping away.

Yes, THAT one. I love it, too. Though it is one of these eps that are sad and funny at the same time.
But the Dean-scenes are simply hysterical in this one.

And of course I like THAT scene (I never can hear the song without seeing him in my mind. lol)
