Yes, I should do this, I tend to forget to do it right before I need it the most! It's no good being so "open" to absorbing foreign energies.
I will email you. Would love to share a bit more about my Reiki experience with you. :-)

Hi,
What would be the effects of the full moon conjunct natal moon & SN in the third house? I have felt very drained for some reason all of this week.
