OMG So I have Venus-Mars conjunct widely my VERTEX by 3d2X my venus and by 4d1X my mars but my natal Vertex parallels my Mars in the 8th. The last 3 times I have visited my birth country I have encountered some type of violence. The first time I was in my honeymoon with my husband and someone attempted to scam us but we caught on to it and we got our money back and some extra cash actually... The second time we were in a car chase like out of a movie bc this guy threw himself at our car purposely to try to scam us but again we out smarted him and he ended up injured. The last time we were assaulted at gun point by teens basically who robbed my wallet and wedding ring. When they tried to steal my husband's wedding ring he started fighting them and my husband got in a fight with one of them and I was worried he was going to kill him. I was scared and interfered so my husband end up letting him go which I should have not interfered but was scared and did not know how to act I suppose, I was screaming for help and cars would just pass by and not do anything. I haven't visited my hometown again after that last trip, I am genuinely worried that next time I will get raped or something and maybe the time after that killed since every trip escalates in danger. Here in Miami were I have lived since I was 10 my mars does NOT parallel my vertex and I have never experienced anything like that, further my mars stellium is in the 9th here and not in the 8th. I feel that vertex parallel mars in the 8th can bring out in others anger and aggression too which in a therapeutic environment can be great forcing the client to deal with those emotions, process them and heal but it can backfire in other scenarios and I tbh have an inclination to be provocative when annoyed or upset with the opposite sex which can lead to violence. For example, when I was a teen I was having a fight with my dad and was very provocative! and he was later crying feeling he failed as a father bc I made him lose control and he got a bit aggressive with me; nothing serious but out of his nature, he is a sun cap with moon in virgo and mars libra. My husband has lost control with me too in the past but in his case is NOT ALL ME for sure but still he never lost control in the past with other females so I brought those issues to the surface and yes I contribute too to the problem with my attitude to SOME extent.(My Venus-Mars conjuncts his Venus and squares his DC-Mars-Uranus).I have to say the fact that my vertex parallels my mars and not venus although my vertex conjuncts widely both really explains a lot. Declinations are my new obsession, there goes my mercury parallel pluto which also explains so much about me, geez. IP: Logged |

I have this aspect and very close orb 0,40.Nothing major so far except for when i was a child and i could have been injured/killed by a bullet that pass before me at a distance of 30 cm or so.I wonder if there could be some positive outcome to this aspect,like could it mean that you may be involved in some violent act,maybe to stop an aggressor or terrorist etc and you become some kind of hero and your life changes for the better.IP: Logged |

Just so you guys know...I ended up going to Switzerland, and it was very very quiet and safe. Until it was revealed that the one boy I'd chosen as my boyfriend had a crazy traumatic childhood, the truth of which was revealed in a series of terrible fights which crescendo'd into him trying to push me down the stairs. I held on so tight to the metal railing that I BROKE IT. Called the cops. Austrian police are very reliable. One of the first biggest traumas of my life. On top of that, there was a lot of other aggression going on for how deliberately safe I was trying to live my home life. For example, my landlord was a nutcase and kept harassing me. And the only other boy I dated before the insane one turned into a very intense, possessive, territorial stalker. ... After this I moved to France, where I still had this configuration, and something even worse happened there and I could have almost died. Lessons:
1. Relocation astrology is REAL 2. NEVER ever ever ever ever move to France, the police are **** , nobody will help you, the country is in ruins, it's a terrifying place to live because you could get murdered at any time and nothing would be done about it, and I would never advise a single female to relocate there on her own in any capacity. 3. Do not f with Mars conjunct Vertex 4. DO NOT F WITH MARS SQUARE MERCURY SYNASTRY!!!

Agree with number 4. Not to be fuqed with, but handled with extreme caution, that one. I knew mars on the veetex axis is intense, my friend has this one.. mars conjunct anti vertex... violent and sudden things do happen to him sometimes and your advising caution is wise.. There are of course other manifestations of that Mars energy which are possible and some of which can be very pleasant. In fact I can see mars conjunct Vertex in libra in the way you write and express yourself and it's quite charming... kind of a masculine energy which is sensitive too, and you probably have a healthy amount of drive and ambition, many creative outlets as well, very satisfactory and possibly taken for granted but not everybody has as easy a time as you do being.forthright and it's a cool gift... I say taken for granted because we don't always see our own vertex clearly, it's integral and so consistent if there's a planet there that it could go unnoticed in it's way of supporting our lives and growth..My sympathies that you experienced all of that though. Wishing you well...

A natal aspect like this doesn't predict a particular event... it shows an ongoing influx of Mars energy into your life, and Mars in it's basic elemental symbolic expression and meaning is simply drive and life force, the flowing of the blood, the movement to achieve.our desires, the raw energy which gets us going... you could be athletic or masculine or a fighter of some kind... or you could simply have a lot of energy for your artistic endeavors. Mars can be directed into anything. Is often quite sexual but not always.
