I'm a Scorpio and I really am brilliant.

Seriously: I'm reliable (both with my direct colleagues and my boss), a good keeper of 'trade secrets'. What's been told and explained to me in a professionally appropriate way will be done in the same manner all times. I haven't been on a sick leave for like six years, which is all the time I've been here.
Weaknesses? I prefer serious people at work who operate more or less the same way as me. I don't like, in fact I hate people who are always searching for ways out and mix the crap behind the scenes. Sometimes I wish I was more 'involved' with some of my colleagues' lives, but then again, I'm always reminded of the downside of that: complicated relations and relationships, strained environment that comes with that etc. Then they tell me, 'oh, you were so much wiser to stay out of this'. So I socialize but not THAT much. Only with a very limited number of people.

Scorpios will have things under there own control.

Virgos will simply manipulate.

But, I whould say scorpios are a "tought nut to crack" and therfore Scorpios deserve the title.

I've worked with both and its easier to detect manipulation and prevent a virgo from manipulating then a controling scorpio that has to much power.

But, there is a way around them.

Virgos, will fail when they miss to see the bigger picture.

I mean I've worked with a manipulative virgo boss she was so narrow minded she failed to think that if I hired students they whould all eventualy quit after graduation.

As per scorpios

This was an accident, but it helped me alot.

I was working as a web programer with a Scorpio supervisor. I got a request from a senior manager higher then "Ms Scorpio".

I said "All have to inform Mrs. Scorpio and let her know". She refused the senior manager request and got flak for it.

So her controlling attitude cost her.

I dont' know if it's because I'm a virgo but except for my past tendency to not stay at a job very long (I have a child now and can't do that anymore because the consequences wouldn't just be mine to face)I am the ideal employee.

I don't know if it's because they are a scorpio or not but I know one who was hell to work with. All they did was complain and throw fits over stupid things. Nothing was good enough unless it was exactly the way they wanted it and even then they would find something to complain about. Just a very negative person.

The only upside to Scorpio is that they can be brilliant. They can beat out the narrow-minded and unimaginative virgo through sheer talent and creativity (especially if they have a sagittarius mercury).

But few people are more hardworking than a virgo. Yet look at Freddie Mercury and Michael Jackson, both two of the most innovative singers who completely revolutionized music by doing something new.

Oh yeah but I think a Scorp person would be more likely to flip if they didn't get the promotion...especially if they know/feel they where more qualified.
I think I Virgo would also be hurt...but a Scorpio would seek vengeance! Or an un-evolved Scorp anyways (I know from experience. lmao)

Even when I did community theater when I auditioned for Annie. I kicked ass! Do you know how rare having a clear belt voice for a young girl is...which I had! Not very common. Well the director still gave the part to the girl she knew. I was so angry about how unfair this was...I would act like a team player there...but secretly resented the director so much...and thought she was a stupid b!tch. Something had to happen for her stupid decision.

Sometimes I feel our minds are more powerful than we know. The way this girl sang I knew she was pushing her voice and straining it trying to sing...I fantasized about her losing her voice and me taking over constantly! AND IT HAPPENED. Other people in the cast started talking backstage "why wasn't she Annie?" The girl who played Grace Farrel cried and do her make up over cause I sang "Tomorrow" so good.

I knew the director got her humiliation for her dumb choice, and I got my justice.

I'm not always this way...like where I work now someone else got the promotion. But I didn't check my e-mail for 2 weeks...of course it that week they sent out the 'who wants a promotion e-mail' I replied too late...so it's my own fault...and the lady who got it use to be a daycare director and she is a single mom so she does need it more than I do. But I can't help but hope...after she finishes college she will go else where, and that I will be next in line. But I know that may not happen...it's not like I'm the best and everyone else sucks @ss. That is not the case. Everyone there is good.

I also got some vengeance and justice at my old job from my racist supervisors and I got to make them look dumb. Buy calling fat F()ck out on his racist shenanigans to the pres. of the company and the people who represented the union...she was outraged (she is biracial so she has perspective to both sides)
And I got to call the IRS on them...since they didn't want to give me my W2 form. It was a loose-loose situation for them...they didn't want to give it to me, but I also finally threatened to call the IRS on them. I WIN. And I probably make as much as those supervisors now. So HA!

her old job...she had an annoying narcissist boss or supervisor or something like that. Who wouldn't do her work and would dump it on my sis...my sis got peeved cause she couldn't get her work done cause of the stuff being dumped on her.

My sister has that Virgo moon shy side to her...but she has a spit fire side to her too...she told that lady one day "you need to do your own work"
I found that so epically awesome, and hilarious that she said that to her higher up.

So my sister moved on from there...she hasn't been at her new job long.
I think her Libra Sun makes her a good accountant too, but she was able to notice a money error and saved the company a lot of money. She even got presented an award, along with a big paycheck.

She got promoted to team leader. But no raise for it. Which she should of probably got cause some people under her come up to her over stupid petty drama.

Like this one guy who is a homo-phobic will be paranoid. Even told her being that way is not of God. He freaked out cause the metro sexual guy who is straight...just really into himself asked him "do I look good in these pants?"

And my sister is not a fan of the office skank either. She doesn't want to hear about this married woman sleeping around with married men...My sister finds that news getting back to her to be very tacky...
My sister even told me how now that she is more in charge she plans on not having her at a cubical with any men.

Not to mention the drama when this woman put the moves on the office felon(for domestic violence I believe) flipped out on this woman.

Completely agree. I am a virgo too and I hate playing games........I agree that this is more an aries and scorpio thing..maybe bc mars is ruled by scorpio and aries so they like a challenge.

but there is different ways of been manipulative. you can be strategic about it and get a person to do something they did not want to do originally without them realizing you are pulling the strings. This is more scorpio style, you won't even know you are been manipulated lol. The other type is emotional blackmail and this type can be used by any sign.

I am virgo and I pride myself on picking up easily when people are been manipulative. I don't manipulate others, I hate people that are manipulative and good luck trying to manipulate me!

Hire a Scorpio if you want to get people managed or things get done not only by Scorpio or other people as well. Manager Job

Both are capable of working long hours and sometimes in isolation.

Give Scorpio freedom.Do not bother too much about occasional late coming as mostly your deadlines would be met.
Give Virgo lots of input.
