haha gotta agree with this one too! IP: Logged |

It's funny, I've been reading all of these and I've notice the things that bother me about my prominent signs bother other people too (or they notice them) lol. I have Libra rising and Venus is in my Mars/Venus/Jupiter conjunction in Leo, my moon is in Sag and my Sun is in Cancer..I haven't seen too much Cancer, though I may have missed it. Everyone I know makes fun of me because I'm the most indecisive person in the world (Libra)! My friend tells a story about how it took me 30 mins to pick a candy bar when we were kids. Ridiculous. But it makes me more able to understand other people also (impartial). Leo, I love Leo because it gives me confidence, sometimes when there's reason not to be confident lol (but its opposite my Saturn so...). It can also make me arrogant or have extreme pride about independence or my principles, etc (which is my fault, I know). My favorite is my moon because without it my Sun would make me horrible and depressing. Sag (at least as my moon) is really optimistic, but I noticed that those with the Sun can dislike it because it masks what they're feeling, where with the moon I seem to actually convince myself to feel that way. Although I could be wrong. My Cancer sun makes me horribly sensitive to what people say and think (when I usually don't really care, but I do, it's weird) and I can be REALLY moody and I pick up on everyone's emotions and feel them so my mood changes the minute I'm around someone who's feeling badly (not like they depress me, but like I feel what they're feeling so when they're not there I have MY feelings back). I realize I can control those things like being moody, but sometimes I don't even want to. Or I'll do things for people (help with moving, homework, make them feel better, etc) when I really don't have the time or energy (which again, is my fault). I really don't like my Sun...Okay, I'm done ranting. IP: Logged |

I love road trips for clearing my head. And holidays are all about freedom to me too. What you describe sounds ideal to me. I wouldn't be a good company though because I really want to follow my own impulse when I'm on holidays for this reason (to heal myself) and having to drag someone around -no matter how easygoing this person is- is bogging me down. Plus my Jup in Libra tends to want to please my companions so my focus will shift to them instead of me. My best holidays are solitary.
My Moon is in Virgo, so I share a similar earthy need to generate tangible expressions of my emotions. My Jupiter is in Cancer, so I get something special out of traveling with another person. I never thought about it before, but I tend to get great joy out of being a provider on road trips. I don't expect the other person to have money or take a job, I just want them to do some of the driving. My instincts never fail to avoid negative situations and if specific needs or emergencies arise, I am often the one who makes sure they are responded to. When I was 19 my Aquarian boyfriend and I decided to take a road trip. We considered living in a few of our stops (New Orleans, Daytona, Miami, Key West), but eventually just decided to drive until we ran out of gas, then make due with where we landed. We ended up in this tiny town in WV, called Harpers Ferry. There were no jobs, or really even any houses. I could tell he didn't want to live in the forest HAHa, so I called the local LDS church and told them we had our cash stolen. They brought us food and enough gas to get to Charleston (which had jobs and houses). When we arrived there were neighborhoods of abandoned houses on the Ohio side of the river. We squatted in the nicest house overlooking the river, and I picked up a job in town the next day. For some reason I never have a fear of getting into a helpless or impossible situation while traveling, instinctively, I just kinda know how to deal with situations as they arise. IP: Logged |

I just wish it were as easy to express emotions the way my Scorpio and Cancer planets perceive them. It's odd when everything seems great on the outside and then I vanish for a month in order to deal with the emotions flowing underneath. When I was 18 - 25 (and even now on occasion) I used to take road trips or jump on a plane to Hawaii. After feeling emotionally stagnant in one place, I would grab someone I enjoyed traveling with or take off across the country; live out of the car for a couple months. I'd find psychic fairs and little shops to give readings at along the way, or grab any random job that seemed fun until we got bored. Then we would head back to CA. That feeling of optimism and freedom are totally cathartic for me.
I like your style...!! and its sooo cool that you " never have a fear of getting into a helpless or impossible situation while traveling, instinctively, I just kinda know how to deal with situations as they arise." IP: Logged |

That's pretty amazing, Xiiro that you and your friend can just do that without worrying about money or the unpredictability and instability of it all. As a cancer sun who crabes security, it would be hard for me to do that unless my friend who went with me was calling all the shots and giving me lots of reassurance all the timeTo the indecisive shoe-picking librans, I had an aqua friend who told me she was like this too! She had aqua sun moon and mercury. I dont understand how or why yall could be like this! I find this really interesting. Could you maybe explain better what goes on in your head? That's fascinating. Maybe you're just both really really into fashion and the way you will look? I figure whichever shoes i wear i will look awesome in (that's that leo stellium talking), so I just pick whichever seems to look the best on me, which one feels more comfortable, which is likely to last longer, which i will be more likely to wear and just grab whenever im rushing out the door which i usually am, and which one i think matches with most of my clothes and go. I'm a cancer sun with no earth in my chart but I love thinking practically. IP: Logged | |
