Who has this aspect? How does it show up in one's life? How do you deal with it?

My moon in Taurus is in the 11th, and Pluto in Scorpio in the 5th.

I also have Moon in Taurus and Moon opposite Pluto.

My Moon is in the 6th house at 5 deg Taurus and its opposite Pluto at 26 deg Libra (in the 12th).

My Moon is also opposite Saturn (Saturn and Pluto are conjunct).

Isn't your moon opp pluto too wide in orb? I would think it would only apply if it were like 4 degrees and under. I wouldn't think you would feel the effects at all??

Natally, you want to get close but also fear intimacy. You take things really personally, even if the situation has nothing to do with you. Very emotional. In synastry, you can be very dmemonstrative and attached but also get hurt and pull away. Overall, it's push-pull energy.

No. Its opposite Saturn & Pluto. This is what's in my chart, and this is an opposition aspect. Also, Pluto is my chart ruler.

If it's push pull, does that mean this behavior could be expressed, say, in the form of being a tease?

I've never thought about that. Interesting idea. I think it is more internal, like you want to bond with someone but fear they will suddenly end the relationship with no warning. It's a desire for intimacy with insecurity.

Eeek. Why? Does everyone else with this aspect feel similar? I was always frustrated when traditional astrologers would poo-poo it because it deals with generational pluto... I'm thinking "but it's aspecting my MOON, don't you SEE?" Lol.

I've definitely felt that then. It seriously makes you feel like you're crazy. Well, me anyway. How do you overcome it? Standing in front of a mirror wearing an ugly sweater saying "I like myself. People like me. My family likes me. I'm awesome"?

Hard aspects between Moon and Pluto are prone to issues with the mother figure and eating disorders as a psychosomatic expression of those issues ( moon = mother, mother = nurturer, food = nurturing). Of course you got to see the whole chart to find out how strong that propensity is.

I've never been aware of any mother or food issues with it. Interesting.

Hannarama: hugs! Yes, you feel crazy when you think that if anyone knew the real you, they wouldn't like you. It can give you a hard time reading and trusting people. Like someone will say, You're such a good friend, and you think, oh ok, we're friends. I didn't know that. Cool.

Pluto can be intense vs. Generational. Intelligent minds disagree on that though.

You have to guard your heart but a life lesson would be learning to trust worthy people and learning to trust your instincts about people. I would guess Scorpio is a somewhat intense placement for Pluto.

....... reading people! YES. I mean concerning my own interactions. With other people I'm always right and I'm the first to be shaking my head when they come to me going "Oh no, he did this." I'm like "I told you!" Does my Moon trine Neptune or Saturn help counter this at all?

You could be insightful about others and still blind about yourself due to emotions. You might be the kind of person where people tell you everyhing but you don't reveal much of yourself. You may also be simultaneously very inquisitive but guarded.
