I have a lot of health problems, and he manages them for me, even remembering my medicines and when I need to take them. I've also had a LOT of deaths in my life, and he's always been very understanding with that too. Now, mind you, he doesn't have a lot to say... no philosophical advice (go to a sag for that), but he just has an inner strength that lets me know it will be alright. I was with a scorpio before, and he couldn't handle any of the above issues, and would fall apart worse than me, and just sort of check out.. whether it be just a refusal to listen, or checking out by drinking/drugs, he just wasn't there for me. A cap isn't like that. As far as cheating. Sigh. I have had issues with that. I've cheated on him as well, but only after he did it first and I thought we were over. He's always stressed that they were physical affairs, and since I have merc in scorp, I have to hunt down the women and find out every detail. One woman said he talked about me all through their date. Another said he had my picture taped to his dash in his car. Another said that he told her they could 'hang out' but he would never marry her b/c he married once and once only, and I was that girl. Sooo ? IDK what stage you're at in your r/ship and how these answers will affect you. I should add he and I were only born a couple weeks apart and have conjunctions every where b/c we basically have the same chart, except for some of the houses! So, I too have a Libra mars, and know how that feels. I flirt with ppl ALL the time, and don't mean a thing by it. Libra is air. They blow air, and they are intellectual, so, the deep true loving stuff doesn't happen with just casual flirting partners if you know what I mean.
Gypsee, you make so much sense to me and thank you very much for sharing; it really helped. IP: Logged |

This guy is a Sun and Venus Cap, with Mars in Libra. He has a Venus-Mars square like I do. In my eyes, this sounds like a guy who looks more conservative and more "strict" that he really is; assuming that Mars is a man's core. What do you think?
Hi anon, Yes my dad is CAP with mars in LIBRA, moon in virgo, venus in aqua and scorpio rising. He likes to joke around but looks more conservative and strict than he actually is. In actuality he likes to joke around and although he is reserved and not overly talkative when he talks is light but intellectual and deep. His mars in libra doesn't like confrontation but his mars in libra I feel makes him a good therapist bc he is not reactive and can remain impartial externally and other person feels like they are been heard, he is a real good listener. Now that he is older he is avoiding conflict with my mom a lot less and I am seeing a more assertive side to him. I heard that when he was a teenager and in his early 20s though that he was not to be messed with and had an intense scary look in his eyes when he was mad (him been mad was probably for a good reason though is my guess bc his mars in libra makes him fair). I heard him studying psychology is what got rid of this aspect of his personality that was feisty. Apparently his character was transformed as a result of studying psychology. Dad is friendly but cautious and reserve but friendly even though he is reserve. He looks masculine. IP: Logged |

The scorp asc is probably what made him scary looking.! But, my husband was the kind that had the reputation not to be messed with either. He was quiet and contemplative, but if you crossed the line, yikes.Anongirl, I missed the part where you said you were a sun sag! ME TOO! IP: Logged |

Amelia! Thanks so much for sharing. Your Dad sounds like a great guy! I agree with Gypsee that the Scorpio rising is probably what gave him the scary looking eyes. I am an early Sag with Venus in Scorpio and I have the mad Scorpio eyes too when I get mad. I like how you present the Mars in Libra love for balance and fairness and quiet assertiveness. He's very earthy (Sun and Moon in earth signs) and Libra adds this light-hearted-ness in communication. The Cappie I was asking about is exactly like this. Very strong intellect and a very fair person. Gypsee painted him pretty well in his dealings with the other sex. Can you say that your Dad attracts (or attracted) a lot of female attention like a typical Libra man? IP: Logged |

Thanks for your insight, Frankie! I have heard the same about Mars in Libra men and to be honest this can be a turn off for my Scorpio Venus as well. I crave emotional intensity that might scare a Libra Mars and I want my man to lead in the bedroom (outside the bedroom is a different story for me though; there needs to be an equal partnership where one leads when the other cannot and reversely). So yeah that's another reservation. Gypsee, Amelia, any comments on the sexual behavior of a Mars in Libra man?

I have been married to a man with Mars in Libra for nearly 30 years and I would say he is driven by his sense of what is rational and fair. If other people get ahead in life or are rewarded through what he considers to be unfair means, it drives him crazy. He likes mental stimulation, but he is practical too - he is a real do-er. When he feels strongly justified about an end he is trying to achieve, he can go to extremes to see it through. Whatever he does is completed to exacting standards. He gets disillusioned and despondent easily about people who don't share his sense of how to do things properly or correctly,or to his standards of conduct and behavior - this can cause him to indulge in a pity-party about how he "always" has to do everything and fix everyone's mess-ups. He rants and raves and complains endlessly out of frustration about other people's shortcomings. He doesn't like anything which infringes his personal sense of what is right and just and fair, and knows exactly how to enforce his will upon others if they won't comply voluntarily, although he will usually try the persuasive route first. When he feels trapped, he lashes out verbally, and is fully capable of cutting people off at the knees with evidence of exactly how they fall short of his expectations. He can be very judgemental.

Thanks very much for sharing, Tai! May I ask what is your guy's Sun and Venus? He sounds almost like a Virgo to me.

Tainberry is your husband a fixed sun?Mine is nothing like that, if anything he'd befriend the advantaged person (if he could) because he likes knowing people in high places (cap sun). As far as sex, let me think of how to put this without being too .... well, you know, too Saggie. My cap was born blessed with a large package, and that covers a multitude of sins. Literally and figuratively LOLOLOL. Plus, Caps are the closet kinks, so after awhile the kinky bits come out, they really need to know you well and feel comfortable with you first. I would say that I am the aggressor in the bedroom, but I have always been that way, no matter what sign. I have aries rising and sag sun/venus, so I just can't help it. Mars in Libra man doesn't mind that, but every now and then he'll flip me the way he wants it to be, and that sort of thing. OH, and they like talking dirty, and just talking in general. They are the type that foreplay would include a really good conversation with lots of laughs. Not saying they wouldn't be up for a quickie in the car, just saying that talking has seemed to lead to the best experiences with the libra/mars man that I know. Also, he's weird about being the one to initiate. OMG, when we were first married, he told me that the husband is "supposed to initiate!" I was like HUH? And sure enough, if I initiated he'd put me off. But as we got older, he got over himself and some of those outdated things that he learned from his father (?) and now he doesn't care who initiates, as long as he gets some. haha. IP: Logged |

Nope .. mutable. He likes ME to initiate at least half the time. Fair (libra) is fair!! I can't keep track but he gets upset that I really don't care about whose "turn" it is anyway. IP: Logged |

Ladies, you're cracking me up. It looks like a mutable Sun/Venus man with Mars in Libra is a bit more flexible in terms of initiation in the bedroom than a Cappie Sun/Venus with Mars in Libra. Actually it makes a lot of sense that the Cappie would be a bit more fixed in his behaviors lol. My experience with Sun in Libra men is lukewarm in the bedroom and for a Venus in Scorpio lukewarm sex is a deal breaker, so I'm glad that doesn't seem to be the case with Mars in Libra. My other question is how the issue of confrontation; Amelia said something about her Dad. I wonder if Mars in Libra is never going to be true as well as fair. Another bad experience here, I can't stand men who will change what they say, do or like depending on how they think I may react!! I want to be compatible because he IS truly compatible with me, not because he's hiding or worse he doesn't know who he is!! What do you guys think? IP: Logged |

I am a libra with a libra mars I hate hearing no, I like things to go my way and I read someone say earlier in the post about how we act aloof and then become aggressive, that couldn't be more true for me. I've done that myself in the past, passive and then aggression to get what I want Libra mars is about trying to hold two different sides of our persona together, the social grace and then the natural expressi IP: Logged | |
