My Saturn in Sagittarius. Well I've got the following Saturn aspects: Saturn square Sun Saturn square Mars Saturn conjunct Uranus Saturn sextile Mercury Saturn trine Venus Saturn trine Moon Saturn sextile Ascendant Saturn semisquare Pluto Saturn in the 10th The two most stressful aspects related to Saturn that I have are Sun square Saturn and Mars square Saturn. The tension of these aspects are somewhat relived thanks to all the trines and sextiles by other planets to my Saturn. And because my Uranus squares both my Sun and Mars. Which makes managing my Saturn tension not so hard. Saturn tries to structure and Uranus pulls the other way by destructing. It's great really, it forces me to always strike a balance in between. Uranus is the primary reliever of the tension that I feel with Saturn. Uranus makes me a free spirit but Saturn makes me responsible about it. Saturn in the 10th doesn't make me work obsessed because I've got Uranus there also it just makes me determined about my quirky lifestyle. IP: Logged |

I have my Saturn in the Sixth. Weakly squares MC, weakly opposes AC. Uuuuh, it's trine my Venus and Mercury (though out of sign) and squares my Pluto (also out of sign).I guess 'cause I'm still not all that proficient in astrology, I'm not sure how I'd be able to tell if my Saturn is comfy or not. Is it? owo... IP: Logged |

YAY...Sun square Saturn Moon trine Saturn (what's a square like?) Mercury square Saturn Venus square Saturn Saturn in Capricorn the 7th, Sun, Merc, Venus all in Aries in the 11th. I feel very anxious and contained around large groups and romantic interests. I warm up slower than the average only to enjoy the last couple week of my class in the semester, and you know what that's been the story of my life too! Always moving the next year after I finally made a little nest for myself at school, at home, etc. I also have Uranus in the 7th in Capricorn too. 7th ruled by Sag (travel) it all makes sense. Oh and my self-worth? Let's not get talking about my self-worth people. I feel dumb a lot of times although I fool people into thinking I'm very smart (Gemini ASC ... at least it's good for something other than having ADD), I make the same mistakes a million times before something inside me clicks and I go "OH maybe I won't do that anymore", and I'm afraid to show affection to people I like/love. I will eventually grow out of it, and I feel it's nearing that point but still... the years wasted. Aw hell, who cares about the years wasted - CAN'T GET 'EM BACK! Know what I mean? IP: Logged |

Saturn in Taurus here. The good news is that usually my hard work does pay off. The bad news is that it's in my 3rd house and it widely opposes my Jup in Libra while also forms an inconjunct with my 10th house stellium. I always had to work hard for what I get. I have a lot of patience AND persistence and my only advantage is that I will keep on working where others quit. Saturn always rewards such behavior. IP: Logged |

Saturn in Virgo 00 degrees, in Leo ruled 5th house.Grand Trine with Mercury/Cap and Chiron/Tau Sextile Jupiter Can Square Venus Sco My Saturn feels really weird to me, it shares the 5th with my Mars in Leo (also part of a Grand Fire Trine). It doesn't feel much like how Saturn is often described, it actually feels very mutable and flexible. I think something cool that arises from having Saturn where it is, I am a never ending fountain of applicable creativity. If someone says, "I don't know how to get this done" My Saturn and Mars just find a way to make it happen. If someone introduces me to a new kind of art, I'll have it mastered quickly. When I was a kid, I could hear a song once and then play it back right away. I remember I had to audition for something and was given sheet music to read. I had never read music before, so I asked them to play the first note. Then I sang the song based on where the other notes were in relationship to the first note. It's probably one of the lamest mutant abilities anyone could have, Professor X would never let me into his school =C I think the biggest frustration I have with this Saturn, is how I hold my self and my abilities at a higher standard than others. It's not because I think I am better than others, it is because I know what I am capable of enduring. I rarely offer myself the same care and nurturing I offer others. It's like the manager of Disneyland, all about business in the midst of the happiest place on earth. LOL IP: Logged |

Why are there hardly any Pisces Saturns around this place? They don't like astrology much....?. . . Saturn in Libra (Air) in the 3rd. I struggle with my mental capabilities, feeling like I have to pay supah close attn to get the gist of something whereas others would understand it in a flash. But then again I have Merc in Aqua, thank you Lord, so it's not all Saturn doom and gloom all the time I can tell when it kicks in tho..all of a sudden I'll not want to talk about anything lighthearted, no chit chat, laser sharp super focus. O and I can be v.critical (Saturn H3 + Merc H7 + Moon H6). I think the biggest gift (haha yea right) that I get from Airy Saturn in the 3rd is that my mind can clamp down when I think of the possibilities and 'what could be.' IP: Logged |

i have saturn in scorpio and i've sensed since the beginning that there is this game society plays with me saying you are nothing, prove yourself to me and then i'll accept you, otherwise i have nothing to prove to you, and nothing to do with you. maybe this is pluto in the 12th house phenomenom but because of that, i feel its hard to present myself to people. i constantly, in a psychic way, can sense judgements being made about me, WHEN THEY ARE-it's rather self limiting-and in retaliation, will show nothing but aloofness in return. because of this, i am rather lonely but in spite of this, i manage to find people, few and far in between, who accept me for who i am. another thing i think has to do with it is my sexual nature. for some reason, it feels really uncomfortable to get sexually involved with someone, i often put them through a series of tests first before i trust them enough to sleep with them. ------------------ Aries Sun Sagittarious Moon Scorpio Ascendant(1st decan) Mercury in Aries Venus in Aries Mars in Taurus Jupiter in Aquarius Saturn in Scorpio Uranus in Sagittarious Neptune in Capricorn Pluto in Scorpio Chiron in Gemini North node in Taurus(ox) "Nature speaks for itself" IP: Logged |

I don't really know what "experiencing Saturn" means...I'm a Capricorn sun and I still don't know how I feel about my own Saturn.I have Saturn in Sagittarius in my 2nd house. It's at 15 degrees. Its aspects are.. Saturn conjunct Moon Saturn square Mars Saturn square Jupiter Saturn conjunct Uranus Saturn trine NN Saturn opposition Chiron Saturn square MC I think Saturn square Moon has the most impact because the 2 degree applying orb and the Moon being a fast moving planet. Still don't know how to analyze all that. If Saturn is restriction, structure, government, authority, dogma, etc..then Saturn can go f*ck himself because I'm the exact opposite. I am the one who likes to break the rules, challenge authority, defend and encourage personal freedom..and drown dogma in a river. Hehe Soo if you can tell me what my Saturn is doing then maybe I could confirm whether or not that's true. My rising sign is Aquarius which has Saturn as a co-ruler (or traditional ruler) and Saturn and Uranus are sextile in my chart. I feel more connected with the Saturn side of Aqua now that I am older. I like feeling grounded and being responsible. When I was younger I was more Uranian – argumentative, unpredictable, burning bridges left and right. I also have some major squarage – Uranus square Sun, Uranus square Mercury, Uranus square Jupiter (that one is exact!). I think leading up to and right through my Saturn return I felt a change starting when Saturn was going through my 6th. I no longer wanted to be a jerk on purpose, I learned to choose my battles (an overused yet effective saying that seemed so wise coming from my Taurus mentor). I feel like a different person, I am a different person… It’s not like I am “Debbie Downer” now, I am just now more of a “rebel with a cause” as opposed to “rebel looking out for my own interests and if you accidentally get affected than that is good too”. I mean, I didn’t start random fights with people, I was never like that, but I would get up in arms about things, especially at work, and I actually did get a lot of things changed but I lost a lot of support from friends and associates because of it. Now my Uranus and Saturn are working well together. It was hard but that is how it is supposed to be for an Aqua. I have Saturn square Neptune. That is a crappy aspect. But it is generational and I can see it in the people I know as well. Everyone I went to high school with was an artist of some sort or at least we all had these big dreams. Now we have jobs in corporate America, working like normal people do (actually, I am still looking for my job, it is tough), we aren’t as special as we thought we were. It is a little depressing but, what can you do? Most of us have learned to do what we truly love in our spare time, that has helped. My Saturn is in Virgo. I am a perfectionist. Guilty. It falls into my 7th house and honestly, that is fine with me. I know lots of people who question Saturn in the 7th, I did when I was younger, because lots of sites and books say “wait until after 29 to get married or move in with someone” and that seemed so “old”. Now at 32 I am so glad I didn’t end up with anyone I dated when I was younger than 30!!! Even the “great guys” were not good matches for who I am now. Oh and I am a crazy, organized list maker and planner in my everyday life as well… I have Saturn conjunct the North Node (orb 4) as well. So striving for perfection and having hurdles all throughout my path is, well, part of my path. I had a reading done by my favorite astrologer and she said that this aspect, and the house it is in (7th) shows that I have to be picky and discriminating about who I date to marry, that is part of my path. So, I am not just being b!tchy when I make up a list of stuff that I want/need in a man, I have to be! The list is not nearly as long as it was before - I used to have stuff like “played soccer in high school” and “is left-handed”. Now I am more lenient but I still have some must-haves, as shown in the “Ideal Traits” thread. I am still waiting for those “karmic rewards” Saturn-NN is supposed to bring though… I have Chiron trine Saturn (orb 1). I wrote a lot about this in the “Obsessed with looking good” thread. This quote kind of goes along with what I was talking about there: quote: Saturn trine or sextile Chiron You have no difficulty in accepting responsibility for your own health care, and you may patiently acquire considerable knowledge in the field of holistic healing. You can take the best of both traditional and alternative medicine, and create a body of knowledge that is very natural and effective. You may achieve mastery in the healing arts, which includes counseling and teaching people to take responsibility for and control of their own health choices. You are able to model an enlightened authority figure, one who encourages discipline and responsibility while being supportive and tolerant of individual needs and differences.
So, I am a fan of Saturn. What is wrong with being responsible and discriminating? What is wrong with looking for the real deal, instead of the shiny imitation? IP: Logged |

We both have Saturn and Uranus conjunct, which is good because it makes us naturally inclined to challenge authority but also cause FOCUSED rebellion. IP: Logged |

My best friend has Saturn in the 12th House conjunct ASC. I have seen the battle you mention. On a positive note however, she is one of the most trustworthy, reliable, and "what you see is what you get" kind of people I know. If I had to choose someone to be stranded on an island with it would be her, without hesitation. I can tell her Saturn NEVER sleeps, but one of the many up sides is how she embraces "time for play" when "time for work" is over. She is the only other person I know who can party as hard as I can, and then go to work all cracked out and endure the day. LOL I love that b!tch. IP: Logged |

As SerpeantKing mentioned its a constant hassle to prove yourself amongst masses. Saturn in Scorpio conjunct Ascendant puts me in a bind, because when I first meet someone I have to fight to restrain exuding this quarrelsome countenance I have. Scorpio is my Chart ruler, Capricorn runs tightly beside. My Sun is the ONLY air modality. So while I'm fun, humane and optimistic to the core...I'm pushing to harness my chart ruler. Not happening---This goes hand in hand with conjuncting my Mars as well. So put me in a setting where its time to work hard with co-workers. They're intimidated and some quietly envy my focus and drive. Notice I say quietly because this Scorpionic stuff really keeps ppl at bay. When I walk by smiling and laughing, ever silly, they're minds perceive "no authenticity" as if I'm putting forth a front but I'm being my Aquarian self. Its a mess Its almost maddening like a jekyll and hyde thing lol smh But admittedly so...I use this to my advantage more often than not. I enter a room and immediately size ppl up. If I'm getting an aura not to my liking...I watch in a sly manner. Very quick judge of character. IP: Logged |

First of all I Love how you said that saturn can go f*ck himself bec you are the exact opposite LOL. I think saturn is a buzzkill for everyone bc is forcing us to deal with lessons and restrictions ....but once you overcome them you are a more complete and evolve person. As for you saying that you defend freedom, well sag values freedom more than anything in the world so perhaps Saturn in sag is about valuing the truth above else and defending the truth and one's freedom. To me truth and freedom are twin sister/brothers LOL . Digging your saturn in sag, it rocks! IP: Logged |
