Capriquarius! I 2nd that eace: Context of the forum is fishtailing all the way to the left for no reason with some folks...Haha, trying to call things out that aren't even there.

I'll remain respectful and agree to disagree with the few who view gossiping otherwise!

Aquavixen, your sister sounds just like mine, I have this rant about her all the time, she is nosy and judgemental and always talking **** , lol. I think this is more aspects than signs, tho aries can be a real **** starter and libra and scorpio types can take a perverse plesure in pointing out all the faults in others. Gemini-cancer combinations can be very catty.
Mercury-mars aspects are bad about this, they are rude and are addicted to **** talking. Mercury- moon is catty and mean and will make fun of peoples looks when they are really ugly themselves.

She had a Leo sun that's all I knew!

My point exactly...Double Ugh! Nit-picking and bringing ppl down in excess. High horse? I have no clue what goes through their minds at all. My sister can't even answer that...she just "goes" and impulsively like the Aries she is. Just as I would "go" fly off the handle and hit certain ppl when I was young (Aries Moon amongst other placements)

She's imperfect like the rest of us out here! But this woman will talk about any and everybody that walks pass her. Grinds my gears, I don't like nor affiliate with ppl who put others down.

I can think things to myself all I want, but my mouth won't flow with put-downs. Who would I be to talk about someone like that To be precise, if I am coming by someone who IMO is dressed "inappropriate" for the public eye...my face will in fact scream out what my mouth won't.

In my sisters case, she'll pick at any ensemble and speak her mind with tons of judgments. Yet I stress, she can be standing right beside you looking not all to put together herself. Thus far I can tell you she's an Aries/Libra Moon...

Aries Sun lacks a filter and needs to learn to be nicer putting the truth out there....but the best would be never miss an opportunity to SHUT UP!

everyone in this thread is talking about someone who isn't here and doesn't know they're being talked about - technically, that's gossip.

That's funny because I did think of this as I was typing my story.
But my definition of gossip is 'gossiping' - about - other people's lives.
So when you describe an experience that you personally had, which has affected you in some way... I think that's fine (even if other people are involved).
For instance if I told my best friend something that happened between me & my bf that made me happy or sad.. that's not really like gossip imo - because I am telling her something about my own life experience and how this person (my bf) has affected me. But if I told my best friend a story about my bf's private life - that he has issues with his dad for example or something else that does not involve me (something that is purely about his life)... then that would be gossip.

Also, online it's all anonymous. The people on LL don't know others in my life nor will they ever meet these people... so I wouldn't count it as gossip. Talking about this on LL is more like talking to a psychologist to air things out (because a psychologist is a person who is a stranger and not directly involved in your life).

hmmm Aries Mercury can lack a filter... depending on natal aspects.. and also the placement of Mars in the chart.

The Sun represents the ego, not necessarily how you communicate with others.

Ah, so you prefer going commando?

It's hard to tell sometimes when one is being sarcastic on the interwebs, so I apologize for misinterpreting. I'll blame Mercury going retro because it's nice to have a scapegoat

I've heard it both ways, but some people in the states have no idea what knickers are.
