I once saw a sign that said "sin is death" but if "all deaths are suicide (linda goodman)" and suicide is sin, then shouldnt "death is sin" be more appropriate?

How it manifests usually depends on the environment; if it's a public situation I'll just sit there and go icy give everybody the Death Glare because I don't believe in making a scene. If it's privately it manifests in a more obvious way - and by that I mean I just start b!tching.

I was a fanatical jogger growing up doing about 6 miles a day it helped me release a lot of stress and work off anger. Now I do Yoga which helps me relax and channel my anger. I was a tyrant as a child when I got mad. Which was rarely but when it happened it was awful.

I hate the feeling of being angry, because my mind always works slower than the pace of the argument. I often end up saying the wrong things or failing to get my point across because I feel too flustered.

The things I say will not be nice especially if you told me a little too much about yourself (hey, if you get dirty then I get dirtier). The messed up thing is that I will say these things calmly and that tends to make the other person get even more mad so I try not to go that route.

I have only gotten that angry three times in my life. Once with a "friend" who betrayed me, once with an ex-boyfriend (the cheating, verbally abusive Scorpio) and once with an aunt who was always rude and disrespectful and I had enough of it.

My Moon is in Libra trine Mars exact though so I don't get crazy about things that often. I am usually the one breaking up fights and defusing situations. I also have Mars trine Pluto. I like to just deal with minor issues as they arise I really hate fighting/arguments and violence makes me physically ill. Even writing this is a little upsetting to me.

But, if someone does something outrageous then their feelings will get hurt.

I think there was a total 1 times I actually really got mad...

I can recall it clearly! Every emotion you could feel at once! I raised my fist and charged at the person, but ended not doing anything and cried for a li'l bit.

I felt like a completely different person!

When I freak out over ANGER, though that's a different story.

Here's an example of the angriest I have EVER been:
My little brother was jumped by a "friend" and a week later my family was busted for growing marijuana...so I had a person in mind I was pretty sure was responsible for ratting them out - the same "friend" who jumped my brother. I FLEW OFF THE HANDLE. The first thing I did was go look for my dad's gun..but the cops had taken it.

Then, I went to the guy's dorm room and pounded on his door ready to bash his head in..he wasn't there.

My ex-boyfriend and I went looking for him and found him and we rammed my boyfriend's car into the other guy's car at 30 mph, totalling the other guy's pretty little Scion.

I raced up to him and was RAGING, screaming with such hatred telling him I was going to blow his brains out for ruining my family's life, etc etc...and then I told him I was going to go to the Dean of Students at our school and rat him out for the illegal sh*t I knew he was doing.

And I did. I ratted him out and he got kicked out of school and had to move back to Texas.

The other time I've been almost that angry was when my sister did something I jus couldn't handle..I called her a few nasty names and went up to her room and destroyed it. Then we got in a physical fight.

This type of anger does not happen often, but when it does, it's bad. I have a VERY short fuse and it scares me , the hatred that I can feel when betrayed..especially when my FAMILY is betrayed...I can honestly say I would kill for them, not that that would be smart because I'd end up in prison..but ya know.

Other rage modes have included what I have called "tourette's mode". As a college friend said, I could make a sailor blush.

Things are a little more subdued now... usually I just get really dark now and maybe unleash hell in private. Although I have had a couple legendary rants on Facebook that probably nearly killed a couple friendships. At that point though, I didn't care at all about the collateral damage. My internal mental fantasies about what I wanted to do to the "offenders" (the ones who really p***ed me off at that point) are best left unsaid. Rather savage thoughts though.

My Mars has a lot of hard aspects ..it squares Uranus, for one thing. I can get very violent. I beat up a kid when I was in 5th grade because he was throwing rocks at my brother, who was in kindergarten. So in my eyes that kid deserved it...[/B]

I take a long time. Think of it as this; Mars is hot, cancer is water = boiled water that's what I am like when angered. Takes awhile, once it happens once I'm pushed and pushed, misunderstood as I am in actuality extremely sensitive (I just suppress things and dont say much) than I blow up. It's rare to blow up but when someone pushes me and gets in my face I do, especially if they are involved in the anger I've suppressed.

Im not a violent person I would never put my hands on someone else. It's wrong and its something i can't forgive in myself. I don't hold grudges though once the anger is out I move on fairly quickly. Think of that boiling water cooling down.Things that bother me...

I've befriended people that are very vindictive. One Sagittarius sun was like this with me. Half the time I didn't even know what I did to slight her but she would plot out the most evil ways to make me or anyone else pay. I dropped her as a friend because I don't put up with lame people that have the time to seek revenge on others when they can just talk about it? I even ask her if I did something wrong and she always said "nope!" my friend is a Scorpio sun Scorpio Pluto and probably bad aspects to Pluto, she is very vindictive.... I like her she's a nice girl we generally get along but I do not like how she feels the need to seek revenge over dumb things.. seeking revenge is dumb altogether IMO.

When I'm irritated though, I glare a lot, and it's fun because I have really vivid face expressions and I feel like my faces can make a strong point. I never actually hit people, but when a close friend hurts my feelings somehow, I get upset and almost immediately scratch them really hard or insert my nails into their skin (they're sharp, it hurts a lot). This also only happens as a first reaction.

One thing I really don't believe in is any kind of revenge, ever.

i turned my previous boss in to IRS for tax fraud and paying people under the table (not me, i wasnt being paid under the table cuz i wasnt a "friend" so i was getting minimum wage) but i didnt turn him in because i was being treated unfairly...i turned him in because i found out he was audio recording our conversations without our consent (unfortunately that IS legal in my state) and i do not deal well with my privacy being invaded.
