Topic: How come Sagittarius seems like the most laid back fire sign?

They seem very laidback, go-with the flow types.. compared to leo and aries no offense to anyone here just what I noticed? They are very calm and relaxing, nice to be around... intellectual and philosophical.. compared to leo and aries mostly that they are VERY laid-back types. Why? Do you think Sag seems to be the more relaxed/mature out of the fire element?IP: Logged |

I cannot say I've come across many saggies. However, the aries I have come across and got to know very well, are all very calm and laid back lol! It's as if they're not even aries! Two of them have gem moons and another has a cap moon.IP: Logged |

Sagittarius has the inherent belief that the universe takes care of him. Heard it straight from one of these horses' mouths. It's what I've read too (I think it may have been in "Sun Signs" but not sure), that they get special treatment and good luck because they're Jupiter's sons & daughters.They do get fired up though. Yeah, Sagittarius is the most laid back. Very easy going. I find similar in Aries and Leo, but Aries is more in-your-face and outspoken while Leo likes to take charge and has their little control moments (but of course, respond well to well-put advice).Sagittarius goes with the flow, Leo stays in place, Aries goes with his/her own flow. Sagittarius is mutable, and the ones I know are a lot of fun. It depends on other factors, though; I'm an Aries, and my mother used to describe me as being so laid back, that I should have been standing on my shoulders. IP: Logged |

Well, Mutable signs tend to be more relaxed because they don't have an agenda, per say. Mutables are geared to go with the flow and adapt more readily to what's needed. Cardinals have a need to take lead and start projects, while Fixed needs to maintain the "status quo". Of course, this is just strictly speaking for Sun sign. The commanding fire of Aries may be more "calmed" if they have Mercury or Venus in Pisces.IP: Logged |

I think they are the lightest Fire sign--almost an "AIR" like quality to them. In fact, I think Gemini, their opposite, (I'm a Gem) is the most "FIRE" like of all the "AIR" signs. Opposites but complementary. IP: Logged |

I wouldnt say Sag is so laid back as much as I'd say Sag is more fun and optimistic and less self-centered than aries and leo.I have lots of Sag friends, my moon/mercury/saturn/uranus are all in Sag..and I feel we sag-influenced people are a tad more enjoyable than the other fire signs, but i may be biased IP: Logged |

I think Frankie's got the right idea.
I'm a Sag sun, with close family members also Sags, been around them quite a bit and I know them well. There's fire in Sag so don't let them fool you; they're not so laid-back, just fun to be around. IP: Logged |

I have a Sagittarius moon and I guess It might help my Aries sun. I have a really good sense of humor and can be very laid back. I'm extremely philosophical and I'm a total book worm. :-)'s IP: Logged |

Yep, lots of faith and total reliance on the universe. Lots. Very philosophical, whatever will be will be, everything happens for a reason and all that. I often feel my Sag influence (venus) am so grateful for this placement.

I would say think less "hot air" and more like "hurricane" to describe the temperament of most Sags...though, the angles/aspects/decan probably has a lot to do with that as well. I have a Libra rising that makes people think I just go with the flow and take everything with stride--not completely true, though. Unconsciously or consciously, most Sags seem to be intune (hence the very intuitive/psychic aspects the sign is known for) with wherever, whomever and whatever they are immersed in or feel connected to. I Think this is where the mutable, go with the flow and laidback feel comes from. IP: Logged |

most of the sag's ive met are very pleasant and somewhat laid back. however, i work with a particular sag that, funny enough, has a taurus moon and aqua sun and she is sooo difficult to work with. shes soo moody and shes gotten into a fight with practicly everyone at my work. when shes happy shes really fun and has a contagous laugh and all that, buut when shes mad.. i just avoid her haha. she definitely comes across as really really intense. i think her sun is even conjunct jupiter in sag.
