I read this sentence: "His Mars was in Pisces. He liked a woman he could 'save' in some way. " and I suddenly thought "Gee, I have Mars in Gemini... and I like guys I can talk to." and wondered if anyone else had Mars in Gemini and what you like (in whoever you're attracted to). Guys - your Venus signs and what you like as well VS. what you attract?

I have Mars in Gemini, Venus in Aries. I like philosophical, open-minded partners who can adapt to different people, different situations. I love someone who shares their opinions and analyzes (but doesn't nag, of course.) OH and someone who's FUNNY.

Just for pure sexual attraction, I tend to be drawn to strong masculinity. No metro-sexual sissies for me. My ideal would probably be a rough riding cowboy with a strong will and mind of his own and very adventurous spirit. Mars and Venus 1 degree apart in Aries.

Interesting so based on 2 (Three if I count someone I know with Mars in Leo) Fire sign Mars would most LIKELY prefer someone outgoing and very noticeable, HAMS lol than someone who's more reserved.

Right, I mean someone who doesn't mind yelling (whooping rather, but to me I call it yelling either way) at the live band playing. Not "I hide the bodies under the floorboards" kind of noticeable.

Again, interesting. With my Taurus moon and Mars in Gemini I'm somewhat the same way except I like analyzing them rather than feeling close. I mean, I like feeling close but you know... not 24/7 like I'd imagine a Venus in Scorpio would.

My Mars is in Gemini and I like a guy who is brilliant (I always use the word "brilliant" because it is not enough to be "smart" or "intelligent", he must shine), funny, keeps himself busy and is also multi-talented, multifaceted and full of (good) surprises.

My Venus is in Leo and I am super affectionate, very loyal and I just put everything into my relationships, I don't hold anything back. I fall hard and I love hard. It is not so easy finding someone who can handle that...

See, I don't know what it's like to put everything into a relationship. I always hold back even though I basically am set up like you Venus/Mars wise. But keeps himself busy is a good one!!! I'm adding that to my list.

I was really bad when I was younger and my dating history is full of those intense first date "I Love You"s-now we are moving in together after two weeks-we are talking marriage after a month-now you say something dumb and I dump you-crash and burn things. I mean, Cupid's arrow hit me so many times in my early to mid 20s, so often that I became immune to it. I have calmed way down. I guess that comes with age though, I am more realistic. I spent several years alone (and celibate ) and I got to know myself and my patterns and that helped a lot.

Oh yeah, I like busy! Despite my love for love I don't like a man who is in my face 24/7. Let's miss each other for a little while, it is more romantic that way.

Oh I never had that, one relationship last year stressed me out so bad (I think it was karmic though, it was the most intense thing I've ever gone through relationship-wise) that it was like a culture shock. While it's not my nature to be that impulsive in actions, the impulsiveness does come out in thought and speech! For instance, I'm very Arian 'cause I find something I'm attracted to in everybody (well, nearly everybody.) at work I was constantly boy-crazy, always checking them out, always being like "OH he's hot! He's hot!" and flitting from one crush to the next... but there was never a real relationship (Venus square Neptune - idealist and no action, PLUS Moon in Taurus opp. Pluto in the 5th, PLUS Saturn in Capricorn in the 7th. Did I mention Venus square Saturn? *rich-people laugh where they throw their head back and guffaw*) I feel like there was a point in me mentioning all that, and now I can't think of it.

I like someone who is secure, competent, strong-willed, independent, and open-minded. To handle my bratty, sometimes outrageous, odd, and aggressive ways, I think I need and like a partner who is stern, calm, extremely interested in me, and a little into weird things...and someone who will treat me like a princess but not be possessive. Appearance-wise, young Paul Newman and Casper Van Dien have the kind of look I like. Also, I have to be the prettier one in the relationship (just being honest) and I really can't be with someone who isn't the helping field.

I live for the women I love. My wife is the center of my life and is the glue that holds my fabric together.
