AW elizabeth you were really cute, you're probably pretty now lol since you have a libra asc.

I have an aries asc square jupiter, square uranus and (loose) square saturn.

I guess I'm very different on the surface to how I am inside? I got alot of facets to my personality I guess. But the libra and aries does show prominently esp at the start (got libra moon + venus+ mercury-- mercury is opp asc)

I like to dress to impress so to speak, and seem to have decent style.
Have dimples and good skin and cheeks from libra
Thinness and height from aries
uranus makes me want to dress alittle more uniquely at times.
Jupiter makes me appear optimistic and happy.

Honestly? I know people say the ascendant is just the external appearance, but I don't buy that - at all. I think it affects that yes, but also the actual personality, and that yeah, obviously any planets aspecting it will color the personality as well.

Then again I might feel that way because of other factors; my ascendant is in Aquarius and my chart ruler is actually conjunct my midheaven and quintile my ascendant - not to mention I have my south node in the same sign as my ascendant as well, so I might be so Uranian/Aquarian as a person for those reasons, and not due to my actual ascendant.

@mintgirl123 Awww, thank you :blush:. I wouldn't say that I'm beautiful or even pretty. I'm just pleasant-looking or cute because I look harmless. Gets a bit annoying at times.

Recently saw something interesting in a Liz Greene book about Neptune. In there, she mentions that the angles are essentially empty, and any planet that conjuncts the angle wil "fill" the angle. In that, the angle will be accepting the energy of that planet. I don't yet know enough astrology to really expand on what she said, but I thought it was interesting.

Meanwhile, I have Jupiter and Mercury conjunct to my ASC. Plus Pluto and Uranus trine it. I think I look "different," but not sure what causes it.

I have Pluto opposed ASC and I am a very Plutonian person. Fortunately I have a lot of other things which lighten me up, but I can come across as very intense and involved.

ive got so many aspects to my ascendent, its kinda overwhelming. my neptune trines it by 0 degrees, and my jupiter sextiles by 0 degrees too but neptune it closer by minute arcs, my saturn and uranus trine it as well, so does my moon and my venus/pluto oppose it. my pluto has a tighter opposition though.

although ima taurus rising i think my neptune/jupiter and pluto show the most, as well as venus just cause im venus ruled, actually i can see saturn and uranus too haha but all those planets are apart of my t-sqaure too so theyr just really strong in my chart anyways. cause i always have people tell me im "unique" and at times i can be rather serious, but ive always come across as "otherworldy" and somewhat spacey, and i laugh really easily and my humor/happiness is general contagious to whoever im around. ive had one gentleman i met a few months ago who told me that i reminded him of something pure and raw to the soul, it was pretty intense/touching and inspiring. i always stay true to myself but at the same time i care about everyone and i like to help people a lot, its actually my one of my passions,which is why i think my neptune/jupiter show the strongest. i think my pluto comes out when people really get to know me the strongest otherwise they onnly see the protective pluto that doesnt want to express itself in fear of being rejected, or they see me when i really want something haha because i NEVER give up when i want something. i generally come across as really sweet but theres a really apparent depth to my personality and im always down for the nitty gritty, my pluto comes out in my paranoia and my suspicious nature plus im probably one of the most jealous person i know when it comes to relationships....without being abusive.. muahaha

I have Venus conjunct ASC in the 12th, and my chart ruler (Mercury) in Taurus sort of confirms it?

I think planets conjunct the ASC affect more the personality than the appearance, at least in my case (I believe) it does.

I'm not pretty (in my opinion) at all. Some people have called me pretty, some don't even bother to look at me. Then again, Venus is in the 12th.

I really don't know what's worse, being pretty but feeling ugly, or being ugly but feeling beautiful?

Personality wise.. I'm very self-indulgent and lazy. I could procrastinate and eat chocolate for the rest of my life without a problem. Of course I try not to, but being Taurus-like is my tendency.

I also have Asc Sextile Saturn and Asc Trine Uranus.

I CAN come off as weird, but I try not to.

And I wouldn't even dare to do something childish and immature in public!
