i (sun moon merc taurus) genuinely have a hard time explaining the complexity of my goals to people and feel like my way is the best way to get things done because then i can be fully involved with the progression of my goal, AT MY OWN PACE. <-- that is especially important because i become ornery when hustled.
also agree with the self made thing. capricorn should be more aggressive because its cardinal earth and is a "system builder", whereas taurus is fixed and is better at taking things as "maintenance" and running with the status quo to complete it.either way, its just a materialistic, hard headed earth sign thing. i also think it applies to virgo though, because most of them that i know want so desperately to help other people and take on the role that they want it to appear as if they never think of themselves first. but what feels better than patting yourself on the back than a job well done to an earth sign?  my capricorn ex once told me that living in struggle is the most rewarding way of life. you can't talk any sense into the entire trifecta.

I would readily use you if I were to believe I could effectively take advantage of you for my benefit. In answer to the original question, I think most earth signs do NOT like to ask for any sort of help. It makes us look weak and incapable of handling ourselves, so we usually think twice about it. Plus, and I know that this is true in my case, I don't want to inconvenience anyone else. I hate being a bother to others. If I can find some way to suck it up and deal with it myself, I will do so. quote:

On the other hand, I have know guys who rather drive around in circles for two hours than to stop at a gas station and ask for simple directions. My dad is one of those. That's not Earth sign. That is just plain stupidity Hahahahahaha IP: Logged |
