I have gone from a newbie to working in the Executive Office in the bureau I work in for a major city. They send me city hall to get things done too. I got here because I am very genuine and real in my relating to people. With the exception of one male, ALL of the ranking and supervisors I've passed through are women. A women were what I'd term b*tches. It took me a long time to accept that and everyone else (higher ups included) know and admit that! One I just syayed nice too and never direspected. She would play nice but talk behind people's back. I moved up, she got transferred out of the city after it was deemed no one should have to tolerate her behaviour. Another one I very appropriately let know that I did not engage in things that put others down regardless of who the behaviour is directed at. She tried to raise a stink, wads put in her place by our supervisor. She now is extremely nice and appropriate when she comes to my desk in in the Exec office. All of the many quick rises I've had in this job have been at the help of powerful women who observed me at work and chose of themselves to get in my corner. If *I* had a problem with women and was bitchy or an instigator there is no way in hell that would've happened!

I've learned that I am not responsible for other's actions or motives. If another wants to have a certain behaviour and is completely determined, they'll have it regardless -just like people and their opinions! Lol

I use the adpect to be harmony creating even when people or situations seem to call gor overagression/competitiveness.

She summarized her love adventures as 'state of perpetual attacking'. She was never abused,or in relationship,and men are always up to no good.

I am thinking,to an inexperienced/young native this type of raw,crude energy can really be too much. As if with Venus sq Mars one never passes love etiquette lessons.

My mars is in virgo,so that might be reason for me not being touchy feely? Sheesh if guys would only stop being that much bitchy....

I think the females w/ this struggle w/ their femininity. Possibly some difficulty balancing their masculine and feminine sides, so they end up acting too feminine or too masculine. At least that's how it plays out w/ me.
