Michael Jackson is my all time FAVORITE star since I can remember.. Silly as it is I took his death pretty hard. Lucky me his hit "The Way You Make Me Feel" the day before I was born!

OK I think I just freaked myself out: After reading how Lonake had the same Bday as the guy in her video, I looked up Marvin Gaye's chart and I have sun/moon conjunction both ways (very loosely from his sun to my moon though my sun to his moon is exact), and his Asc/Dsc conj my Ic/Mc . What are the odds? That's kind of weird.
I always thought he was a Pisces, kind of shocked that he was an Aries. Tragic figure too

Hey pretty cool Maybe it had to do w.the transits at the time? The t.Sun putting them in the spotlight or something? J Geils has Sun/Venus/Merc conj in Pisces, and t.Sun went over that during the time his hit was at the top (but it was at the top for 6 wks I think). O well! Maybe a coincidence.. I remember looking at one of my favorite bands, and got dates from wikipedia on when their albums were released (whichever one was first). The dates always coincided w.the lead's Venus or Saturn being activated by transit. 1st time t.Saturn was on n.Venus, 2nd time saturn return, 3rd time t.Venus/Jupiter was on n.Saturn (this one was the big hit), 4th t.Neptune was on n.Venus (this one was the big flop), 5th t.Jupiter was on n.Venus. Makes sense I guess, luck + super duper hard work. The lead also likes working with people who put their personal planets on his saturn. LOL who would want that, it might be at his MC or something.IP: Logged |

Yes! It makes sense about the transits, especially in regards to Sun and Venus. 10th house stuff I would think as well.... maybe for the singer Saturn is like, the hard work pays of or something, or they need the discipline. Though being hounded by that all the time would be a pain lolIP: Logged |

I think that "Cherish" from Madonna's 'Like a Prayer' album hit #1 the week I was born. Either that or the music video premiered that week. She's one of my favorite singers ever, incidentally. IP: Logged |

Ok, just wiki'ed it.It was officially released as a single the week before I was born. And it peaked at #2, not #1. But, still, I love that song. IP: Logged |

Love this.Okay. So I was born at the very end of 1977, and in my native country the number one song at the time of my birth was…. FLOAT ON by The FLOATERS…. It’s such a cheesy ultra 70’s style type of song…. It’s so bad it’s good!….and I’m embarrassed to admit it, but this song is on my Ipod cause I like to laugh at it. I guess it must really resonate with me somehow. Ordinarily I’d never listen to this such cheesy 70’s style music. One of the reasons I downloaded the song is because it mentions astrology… Basically, the guys in the group start out by stating their Sun sign, and then going on to describe what type of women they like the most…. So in a way I guess song’s lyrics resonate with me since astrology is my obsession from a very young age, and my favorite astrological topic is the astrology of relationships and attraction…. Even if the song is majorly cheesy and my interest in it is mostly comical…. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HZklwTGZutc

Ha ha! It’s like New Kids On The Block did an updated version. Funny how we don’t realize how cheesy boy bands are until a decade or so later…So now I know that NKOTB was composed of a Taurus, a Sag, a Capricorn, a Leo, and another Taurus…. And I must say that Jordan (especially) and John were pretty cute back in the day.

Yes they were! Very cute I will say too that I think most of us in our early teen years are notorious for choosing crappy bands since we've have such little exposure to music. Then you hear something good and you're like Oooh man, what the hell have I been listening to?!IP: Logged |

yeah.. i remember i was 11 and the boy in daycare i had a crush on liked them. i actually hated them on principle (i'm an aqua after all, had to rebel) till i decided to like them so that he'd like me i guess. then, well, they creeped on me. they DID have pretty good singing voices. and ooh yeah jon was my fave and he reminded me of my crush, whose name was also jonathan. he and jordan were brothers!IP: Logged |
