i think it depends on other factors rather than just the rising sign.
i am a libra rising, but i have aries sun in the7th house and ill be damned if ANYBODY is going to lead me anywhere. decisions come quick and natural and i usually am very in tune with the groups needs.

I'm a Libra rising, too, and although I really do like active and outdoorsy partners, and deeefinitely have a thing for the warrior prototype, I am not interested in a relationship where I am told what to do. I like to be the one to initiate and to lead, if I am not, I lose all the excitement and want OUT. Aries Venus has a lot to say about that. Ie, we can go on a camping trip, and I will be the one following on the hiking trails, and asking for directions with pitching tents, trusting the other person to navigate etc, sure. But I will be the one who has planned, organized, suggested and paid for the trip in the first place.

I have libra rising (if u mean acsendent)..
So Aries is in the DS.
The first think I would say:
Hey girl I`ma fkn Hooornyyy on you, lets have it right noow!
But Iīm so shy I canīt get it.
Oh and the sosiety maners contribute to me beeing unsussesfull...
