Can someone posses traits from 2 rising signs? I am a Libra rising based on my birth time, but had I been born 6 minutes later, I would have been a Scorpio rising. I feel like I have both Scorpio and Libra rising traits. Is this possible?

The time I was born is in between libra rising and scorpio rising. I'm not sure which I am. I've read both descriptions and I can relate more to scorpio rising, but them again, Scorpio is one of my dominant signs further complicating things. Can y'all please give me y'alls feedback?
