From those two choices, I'm almost positive she's a Libra asc.
I'm a Libra ascendant and my eyebrows and my nose have the same shape. Actually all her facial features have similarity to mine, there's this cuteness and roundness that I would call a "Libra" shape... Overall, check if her face is very symmetrical, I can't really see that from angled pictures, but if it is, that adds to the chance of her being a Libra Asc... From what I can tell though, everything looks symmetrical.And just generally, Libra and Scorpio ascendants would behave differently...
Is she generally pleasant and sweet when she meets new people or talks to those she isn't too close to? Does she like looking feminine?

Dressing femininely? Well, I don't know. I like the way she dresses though, usually it's a choker and a 70's style way of clothing.
Many people think she is pleasant, charming, and attractive rather than intense and...

Where does she sit when she walks into a room? A scorp asc will traditionally head for the corner or somewhere they can get a view of everyone. Librans will look to mingle or sit in the middle.IP: Logged |

She told me the corner, she wouldnt want people to look or talk to her.
Socially, she has lots of friends and make them quite easily.
With me, she ignored me at first but then she became attracted to my uniqueness. So when I try to get away from her she always wants me to take her back because she needs me to "simulate" her. Scorp or Libra rising thing? IP: Logged |

If she has a facebook, I've noticed that those who are water signs generally don't have many "tagged" photos of them. Scorpios especially have "posed" photos. If she has like a billion tagged "candid" photos of her, perhaps she's a libra rising. *Scoprios in general don't like to be caught off guard. IP: Logged |

there are massive differences between these two. First thing Scorpio rising is a very very private person, and not THAT sociable either. In fact cappi and scorpio are the two least sociable, cappi cos it's a workaholic and tight with it's money and scorpio because it doesn't want other people knowing it's business....

Definitely a Scorpio ASC. She looks more Scorpio to me, too, and she's giving off that kind of energy. I honestly would be shocked if she is a Libra ASC.

She has similar expression to my Scorp Rising,Pisces Sun,Vir Moon bro,however I have Libra Asc,and we look alike a lot... I can see Libra!

If she was born between 6 & 8pm and thinks her Asc may be Libra or Scorpio, this would make her sun sign either an Aries or Taurus. I say Taurus.I think a Libra rising would have neater hair, so I say Scorpio rising. IP: Logged |

@Rosalind What? Are you joking? There is no way that girl is libra asc.I can see how some people thought from the first picture that she was a libra asc, though. The first picture was confusing because it seems very different from all the other facial expressions she makes and vibes she gives off. But she seems like a scorpio riser all the way. And yes, I agree with the person who said libra asc would have neater hair..LOL. They would have neater clothes and overall appearance...do you know how obsessed libra is with beauty? Even if i dont brush my hair i look all posh, so even if i dont try at all i couldnt really look all that scruffy and me and the libra risers i know always have that pleasantly passive libra smile.
