This is interesting. And actually I have been putting the Sun-sign theory to the test. I've found that I alwys return to my sun sign nature. No exceptions.Sometimes people tend to identify with whom they are SOME of the time than the person they are MOST of the time i.e "Because I can be so indecisive and struggle to come up with a one word response to a simple question, I must be more Libran than Sag:Because Sag always says what is on their mind "etc.
This actually reminds me of something my friend said to me, and I think it is very appropriate for this topic of discussion:
A man took his son on a road trip around South Africa. Eventually, they reached a beautiful, rocky field and the father asked the son: 'look around you, what do you see?'
The son thought that there was something specific that he was supposed to see and responded :'I see the light of the sun dissapearing. I've never seen the sun coloured like that.'
The father laughed and asked his sun;" And what about the gigantic mountains that cover the open field? So big are they, that the sun, upon descending, is covered by them. Do you not see them?"
Moral of the story: we are so busy searching for what is "different", "stands out" or"unusual" that we miss the obvious/the consistant.
Perhaps this could also apply to our sun natures? We are so busy looking at the contradictions. Looking to explore the wonder of that 30%, that we miss the 70%. Even when it's so blatantly obvious.
