I was reading Jeff Green's Pluto book. He puts it as simply as this.

Pluto's natal sign and house position - prior evolutionary intent, desires.

South Node - the mode of operation that was used to fulfill those desires and evolutionary needs in the past as evident from sign and house position.

Pluto's polarity point - current evolutionary intent

North Node - the mode of operation as evident from sign and house position so as to promote development of current evolutionary intent as shown by Pluto's polarity point.

Natal Sun, Moon in house 4 are in Cancer opposed to Neptune

As per Green's book with 8 th house Pluto the themes of destruction and transformation and power struggels are my daily bread. I have used intense orgasmic mergers with symbols of power to overcome the illusion of power as outside of me. SNode in Cappy shows that I relied heavily on structures,fate and all things saturnian in these cycles of chasing power.

Now however Pluto's polarity point in the second house Aries implies that the evolutionary need is that of Self-Realisation through self-reliance, self-suffience and awareness of self-power - to become the power that I project outside by making it my own resource.

Nodal ruler moon implies a need to work on the emotional body through fifth house themes of creativity - BTW in Vedic system fifth house also stands for success in Tantric Sadhanas.

Moon in 4 th shows that family, domestic life will play a pivotal role in this process - nurturing/healing of others as a healer could be a MAJOR ally.

My SELF - is/could be , as regressions show WAS a powerful sacred healer/temple priestess archetype since descent into physical reality .

Now here is where the Draconics finally start to fit in the puzzle and make SENSE in a single stroke.

Draco Sun and Moon conjunct Natal Pisces ASC - be the same Neptuney SELF inside out, overcome the natal Luminary - Neptune opposition.

Draco Saturn conjuncts Natal Sun,Moon,Kaali .... taskmaster whipping away at the core of my being...do I have a choice

Finally here is what the deal is.

Because the Node is our way forward Draconic - Natal connections in synastry show a soul contract where the natal person is a part of the Nodal plan and triggers that planet / house. Dracos are NOT what happened in the past but the Evolutionary path AHEAD as INTENDED by the Soul , Oversoul. The relationships maybe temporary but the effects are for good.

And my Plutonic chart theory is sort of A*ss backwards

pluto's polarity point in aquarius conjunct h7 cusp. conj merc and venus.

north node in h8.

nodal ruler is in h10 in taurus.

It`s actually both, as the NN and the SN are on one axis.

conjunctions of Draco to natal are, like you say, part of the path ahead of us, as these are the merging points of the NORTH Nodal / Draconic chart with the tropical.

oppositions of Draco to natal are indicative of remainders of the past, as these are merging points / conjunctions of the SOUTH Nodal / Draconic chart with the tropical.
