I've only experienced this with one person: a scoprio sun and moon acquaintance. We rarely speak to each other, but I can always feel his stares. We can be in a crowded room, I'd instinctively look in his direction and we'd lock eyes. Penetrating, intense, but never hostile or creepy. I get the feeling he's evaluating me.
