Topic: Chart traits that tell me to hide my love of astrology from them?

Some people think you're crazy if you believe in astrology and disrespect you for your interest in and study of astrology. This is something we have to live with. If we happen to know their chart before we let them know... is there anything we can look for which will show they will not agree with us, be receptive to, reject us or disrespect us for our love for and belief in astrology? That's a very interesting question, appleberry.I know that usually strong Uranus is more receptive to that kind of thing, but I don't know what would make someone completely reject astrology.

If you have a chart, the trilogy, sun, moon and Asc are three most important. But focus on the aspects, look for squares to see where they have tension and challenges... According to Linda Goodman's Relationship Signs books, moon square or opposed Jupiter in synastry will cause big differences in this area.I have this with my husband who hates astrology. It sucks.  IP: Logged |

Of course this only applies - if they are not already interested.I mean anyone can 'pick up' on astrology.. But Virgo Mercury is quite the 'know it all' - so unless he picked up on the subject himself... if you are the one to bring it up, he will give you every reason in the book why this is impossible and then glare at you in bewilderment - He thought you were an intelligent person.. a mentally healthy person, but now he's not so sure O_O IP: Logged |

this is funny because the only person i have discussed astrology with who outright bashed it was a virgo,and it was annoying because i guessed him as a virgo and was right,he was the epitome of a virgo IP: Logged |

My husband (we're working on a divorce settlement) has mocked me for years about my belief in Astrology, psychics, mediums. Now he's mocking me in front of our 7 year old son. I'd put up his chart but ever since we got a Mac, I can't seem to figure out how to save the chart into a file that can be uploaded to Photobucket (had no problem doing this on the Dell PC). He was born January 10, 1952 in Brooklyn, NY at 7:10 am. He's got Capricorn sun and rising, moon in Cancer, mercury in Sag, and, as for Uranus aspects: Uranus in Cancer
