On the other hand, you have people who rely on their government, the media, and their religious leaders to tell them what to think, what to do, how to feel. Too many people have the attitude that "if the government/CNN/my pastor says so, then it must be true". I don't want to knock anyone's beliefs here, I'm just saying there are people who question EVERYTHING, there are those who want to be told what to think, and then the rest are somewhere in between.

For those people who believe in the theories involving the government, I'd look at the 10th house (government), 4th (people vs. the government) & the 12th (secret government entities). Does anyone know what house would rule extraterrestrials?

I think that the middle road is sensible. Research if something seems off or suspicious, but don't be paranoid or an extremist.

It's a sincere question.

because obviously they know more about whats going on or else they wouldnt act the way they do towards the issue and give the lame excuses they do,it was a weather balloon, swamp gas etc. i dont claim to know who or what they are,but things are seen in the skies all over the world by millions of people, and maybe some or alot are explainable, but theres more to the story then we are being told

Hmmm, I gotta say, a bored mind will always find a way to entertain itself. For "beliefs" you need to look at Jupiter, Neptune, 9th house. Aspects to mercury could be important.

From what I've seen, most conspiracy theorists are terrible at research and whilst they say they avoid the msm... they'll constantly link to sources that are equally unreliable.

I think that if these people could direct their efforts into sorting out real problems in the world ~ it would be a much nicer place to live. Yet most of the lunatic fringe never do anything real to help anybody.

One of the best things I ever saw on the lunatic fringe was some guy who'd managed to calculate that the "balloon boy" could not possibly have been inside because of the size of the balloon needed to actually lift his weight off the floor yet the msm was freaking everyone out about it.

you can upload them to photo bucket and copy-past the img code or else you can find them and copy-paste the URL when you get the picture by itself, and put the code in.

You put it like this:

example:

for this link:
http://25.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_lzypl9lbLD1qfehmto1_400.gif

you would put in

and the picture would show up as a picture

You could do your chart by doing the thing, but it will show up REALLY big, so it would probably be better to upload it to photobucket.com and then copy-paste the img code, which should be listed under the picture.

Yeah, where there's smoke there's a fire, just have to know whether it's under control or dangerous.

There were probably "conspiracy theorists" in Germany during Hitler's day, claiming Hitler was having Jews gassed to death.

My point is, people should consult sources besides the government. If the government has proven itself to be deceitful, find another way to validate and disseminate information.

For example...I know that homeopathy works regardless of the FDA's opinion.

I know that Lyme disease and other insect-borne illnesses are much more serious than the CDC will admit.

If aliens were as common as some people believe, we could know it, circumventing government altogether. They are not the keepers of all knowledge.

Sorry if I'm being pedantic...'just trying to make a point.

MSM lies all the time, so I don't blame anybody for skepticism. That being said, I wouldn't dismiss "alternative" reporting altogether. Some sources are eminently credible.

And some facts that warrant serious consideration are ignored just because people follow the MSM's lead and ignore them.

Interesting! I too am very skeptical, in fact my friends find me ridiculous sometimes. Sad thing is I don't get why they are so accepting of what is fed to them.

I looked at my chart after your post, and voila! A t-square indeed (I think)

Haha I never heard this before, but it rings true. My sister is the biggest conspiracy theorist I know and she has an angular t square with mercury/mars/neptune of all planets, yea her theories can get a bit delusional too.

I'm definitely a conspiracy theorist, and I do have a T-square.

I try not to get too carried away though, because it's easy to become paranoid about everything around.

But it would be ridiculous to think that we are told everything that is going on in the world on a larger scale. Things are kept secret by the authorities to keep the masses from protesting.

Individuals have motives. Not a government. Individuals would have an interest in keeping others (Americans are an easy target) dumbed down enough to buy the cr@p they have their money invested in. These individuals would try to creep into government levels.

I guess I'm a conspiracy theorist when it comes to dealing with ppl. "Don't trust those motherfvckers."

If NN-SN-Vertex and asteroids count, ya I have a T-square

I have a T-square and this does not fit me about conspiracies. I could care less about them and find they are a waste of time.....

Sun (11th) opposite Uranus (5th) square to Mars in Cappy (8th).

Well, I have a tsquare based on my ascendent, but I am not a conspiracy theorist. I am a scientist by my nature so I often look at things with a scrupulous mind, but I wouldn't call myself a skeptic either. Simply logical. I additionally am an optimist by my nature and that usually doesn't mix with being a skeptic.
