Ok, a fellow astrologer once commented that most people who believe in conspiracy theories will have a t-square in their chart. I checked a few charts of people I know, and indeed, I found t-squares.So... If you are a natural born skeptic, a conspiracy theorist, or a member of the lunatic fringe (lol), would you please post your chart? I'm curious to see what planets & houses are involved in your t-squares. IP: Logged |

I dont believe anything I hear, from the media, general society...NOTHING, as a matter of fact, I rarely watch the news cause it goes in one ear and out the other. Now, where close associations are concerned, like family, I believe everything... How strange is that? Any way, enjoy~ I am part alien, and a Fish with a Scorpion tail~ IP: Logged |

Hippichick, you sound like my kind of gal! I too, don't believe anything coming from the MSM, and yes, I have 3 t-squares. Interesting that your t-square has the opposition in the 3rd & 9th houses (communication & higher learning) between jupiter & uranus. IP: Logged |

I don't subscribe to any conspiracy theory in particular, but I don't think our government or mainstream media necessarily have our best interests at heart. IP: Logged |

T Squares are THE most common aspect confirguations in charts... T Square http://www.drstandley.com/astrologycharts_tsquare.shtml “Two planets in opposition squared to a third. The tension typical of the opposition aspect is aggravated by additional problems introduced by the third planet. Often an obstructive feature blocking the normal flow of behaviour of the person. Person needs to develop activities represented by the "missing" arm of the T-square to achieve wholeness” http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Natal_astrology#Aspect_patterns http://www.skyscript.co.uk/aspects2.html “The t-square is exactly like the above configuration except that one of the signs is missing. Time and again this is described as trying to sit in a chair with three legs. Ironically, the individual becomes the fourth leg by acting out the traits which are missing in the chart.” http://www.skyviewzone.com/astrology/moreaspects2.htm what tends to happen with T Squares is that a transit, progression or solar arc comes along and temporary converts it to a Grand Square, which does cause enormous tensions/problems internally, but the good thing is the get you up off your backside to resolve issues.

Darn it Saggi, you blew my theory out of the water! lol. But seriously, I agree, t-squares are very common. I don't have a large database of known conspiracy theorist charts to research, so I thought it would be interesting to see what was posted here... I'm curious to see if particular planets or houses involved tend to make one a skeptic of what others easily accept as fact. I asked my friend who originally made the comment, and he didn't know, just said that t-squares were something he always noticed in this sort of personality type.IP: Logged |

Just to clarify, I'm not implying that everyone with a t-square will believe in conspiracy theories. Just following up on my friend's observation that CT's he has known do have the configuration.IP: Logged |

I was a temporary conspiracy theory-believer when tUranus conjuncted my Pholus/SN/Vertex, forming a T-square with my NN and Mercury-Neptune conjunction. It was the first time I ever read any conspiracy theories and found them really disturbing for a while. I don't think about them anymore and am back to getting headlines from internet news sites and checking the facts on Google. I don't have a natal T-square, just squares.Having hard aspects makes you make things harder on yourself than they need to be, from what I'm seeing. Grand Cross being the worst of all, complicating the smallest matters.

i have a t-square and i'm kind of a conspiracy believer,i believe that the government is dishonest about ufos visiting earth,if you do the research the evidence is overwhelming, almost everyone knows it,but the government continues to deny it.while it is obvious that something is visiting us,all the other theories about who and what they are and why they are here is all speculation.IP: Logged |

What I don't understand is, why do people who believe in aliens on earth keep looking to the government for acknowledgment, anyway? It's a sincere question.

My question is, why do we even need the government to give a "yes" or "no"? If aliens are among us, the proof should be evident. But if the story is more like, "aliens keep landing, but they are invariably captured and sequestered in government laboratories"...that's not very believable to me. IP: Logged |

I agree that there are people that take conspiracy theories too far. I've seen people who get so far into things, that they become super paranoid & live their lives in fear.On the other hand, you have people who rely on their government, the media, and their religious leaders to tell them what to think, what to do, how to feel. Too many people have the attitude that "if the government/CNN/my pastor says so, then it must be true". I don't want to knock anyone's beliefs here, I'm just saying there are people who question EVERYTHING, there are those who want to be told what to think, and then the rest are somewhere in between. For those people who believe in the theories involving the government, I'd look at the 10th house (government), 4th (people vs. the government) & the 12th (secret government entities). Does anyone know what house would rule extraterrestrials? IP: Logged |
