Basically what you do is read the interpretation of Saturn in a sign, and then Saturn in a house, and just blend them together? Like, Saturn in Leo in the 4th would mean someone who has a hard time expressing themselves, or who feel uncreative, and at the same time, this person would have had a cold family atmosphere? I guess it's a mix of both.

YES, to me that makes sense. I am not saying I am right Doux.

My Venus does not really feel like Libra(7th House)
My Venus does feel like Sag which is a 9th House Venus. So, in my trying to find my right chart, I started exploring this subject.

Houses/signs are like the backdrop of a stage/theatre, planets in houses behave like actors on a stage, the *aspects* show how these planets/actor behave in a house

So venus in gemini has first call and will have the typical gemini flirty, talkative traits expressed. So imagine an actor standing on a stage, the background, setting, colours are all scorpio, lots dark watery colours. So intimate matters, joint finances is where venus expresses is house and how she express are aspects. But with the unaspected, it makes it harder, but the parallel to jupiter should help. Do you notice that when romantically into someone you got a little OTT?

Saturn is like the unusual duckling that is despised but turns into the most beautiful swan.

I love Saturn. Its been good to me. Proud of it. And mine sits in the 12th House in Aquarius.

Mine's like a black swan in the middle of a skein (aka flock) of brown ducks.

Capricorn ruled by Saturn and proud of it.

Thank you Heartless! A person with Saturn in Gem inspired this article as I could see she was not comfortable with my Gemini stellium. That got me thinking about what makes us uncomfortable in other people is, often, what we feel insecure with in ourselves.

I think Ceri got that, too.

Because the thing is that, traditionally, the sign shows *how* the energies are released, while the house shows *where* - in which area of life.

But I have a hard time applying that.. especially when it comes to generational planets.

So I can't really see the difference between, say, a Saturn in Cancer and a Saturn in the 4th.

the SIGN doesn't show how the *aspects* do this. Planets are modified by signs, where they express are houses and how they express are aspects..

Hi Ami,

Can you shed any light on my Saturn puzzle?

I have the sun and Saturn in mutual reception.

Cap sun 16, 6th house
Leo Saturn 0, 12th house

I don't know which planet is stronger or how to interpret this whatsoever because:

1) The Capricorn sun is singleton, my only earth sign

2) My Leo Saturn is at a fate degree.

3) I have Leo rising (10 degrees)

My chart has a loose air-fire grand sextile, so the Leo Saturn hits a lot of planets, as does the Leo ascendant.

I suppose, just like everything else, that I can either use this sun-Saturn siamese twin for good, or be brought down by it. I wonder what specific advice you might intuitively see, about how to use it for good?

My brain is addled from trying to figure out the MC/IC. Can you put your chart up on thread as you can't hijack the person's thread if they asked

You know what Faith----Put your chart in personal readings if you want. I am doing Em's too. I would love to discuss your whole chart with you as one needs to look at everything not isolated aspects.Later, we can do asteroids which really tell one's story imho.

I'm sorry, did I hijack a thread? I thought this was about Saturn and could be relevant.

I still don't want to post my chart, don't feel safe enough frankly

I plead Pisces moon again.
