My mars is in scorpio in the 6th house.
Most painful experiences probably weren't of the physical kind but pretending they were, I'd have to say when I broke my arm.

That's my only official wound, so far. lol
I was on the trampoline with a bunch of college boys when I was about 7/8 and I landed on it wrong.
Nothing severe. lol

I've had kidney stone surgery three times in my life with my last one march 2011... the pain is excruciating and used to throw me into a panic attack. But that for me wasn't the most excruciating....

I was involved in a car accident 3 years ago and my arm was crushed. I had a thick winter coat on so I couldn't see the extent of the damage but I knew something was so wrong because I couldn't feel anything through my arm & hand except for extreme pain. When the medics came, they asked me what hurt & I told them my arm is broken. She said I don't that let her be the judge of it....needless to day-to-day the cut my coat off and make hand was internally removed from the joint & turned backwards & my arm was broke in six places from my elbow to wrist. I had surgery to repair the bones. They replaced wrist with plastic & used 2 titanium rods & 20 screws to hold the bones together. 1 year of recovery & therapy to get my hand to work again with me having to wear a cast for 9 months.

I have Capricorn mars in 8th house....never in my life was pain so intolerable that they used morphine, Demerol & dilaudin to knock me out but it didn't work. I still screamed in agony but I was hyperaware that i was still alive. Emotionally it left me scarred that I can no longer drive in the snow...I literally get the shakes & nausea. I made my poor son walk home in a snowstorm.

A three ton military vehicle stopped and it's left front wheel (the tire) was resting smack on top of my left foot. Thanks to my boots and the semi-soft ground, I recovered.

Oh my gosh, cappy, that's horrible!
I am sorry.

Luckily I've never been severely injured.
Never broke any bones.

I have digestive problems though, illnesses related to nutrition/psychosomatic symptoms.

sometimes i feel like a medical anomaly...lol. for some reason my body likes to create stones & cysts...kidney stones, gall stones & adrenal cysts. gallstones worked wonders for weight loss since I couldn't eat anything without getting sick. I'm accident prone too. good thing i work in the medical field...lol

Mars in Scorpio in the 6th house would make you Gemini rising, correct?

My lover has the same aspect. He has also broken his wrist, and I believe that would be his most painful experience.

He was in high school and collided with a guy who was running in the corridor. He fell back and landed on his wrist.

There's quite a similarity to your experience. I find it interesting.

I am not Desiring Shadows but I have Mars in Scorpio in the 6th and yes, I have a Gemini rising.

I've had "injuries" to my wrists and fingers, too, but luckily not very severe.

Perhaps it has something to do with the Gemini rising instead of Mars?
