I think everyone knows what lust is.
It's purely physical, and doesn't necessarily involve an emotional element: it's based on desire only. You could care less about what this person's dreams, wishes, or goals are.
You just want to get physical with them.
Astrology wise I'd attribute that to Mars aspects.

Love on the other hand is when you care for someone, when you worry about their well-being, when you want to see them smile and be happy. When you want to be there for them at all times.
That would be the Moon, I think.

Now, I'm not saying the two are incompatible.
I guess getting these together would be the best.

When someone has lots of transpersonal energy going on.. they care about everyone's hopes and dreams, so it doesn't really apply. But I think it does apply to personal & social sign energy.

This makes me kind of smile and sigh at the same time. I am very Neptunian so I really want everyone to be happy at the end of the day. Even if I had no romantic interest in someone - I would still want them to be happy and I'd still care about their well-being.. probably not *as* strongly as I would about someone close to me... but I would still care!
