I found this interp quote: Someone or something is compelling you to face deeply-buried emotional hurts from the past in order to heal them and move into a new and more joyful period of your life. This may not be intentional, and if you are not careful you find yourself locked in a power struggle in which you are fighting for supremacy. It is important that you act with integrity, otherwise the result could be devastating. It is possible that you and others are not conscious of the real issues. Outwardly your life may go on as if nothing has happened, but deep within your psyche changes are occuring which seem almost too overwhelming. It is as if a volcano is erupting deep within you with somewhat frightening effects. It is best to consider carefully before taking any action that may result in regret.
I know that many on here have not had this opp in transit because Chiron moves so slowly, but it's now at 7 Pisces, so if you have Pluto in early Virgo or late Leo I'd be interested in what conspired at the time. http://www.planetwatcher.com/ IP: Logged |

This is the interp for the square from same site. It's v.similar only the opp adds in something or someone from the outside whereas the sq seems more internal, so it's that external component that has me intrigued.I changed my direction in a big way at the time of my square (internally motivated change on my part) but I also had t.Chiron on my Moon + t.Jupiter on my IC/Pluto + t.Saturn on my ASC + Jupiter solar arc'd to Uranus in the 5th, etc. quote: It is time to face any deeply-buried emotional hurts from the past in order to heal them and move into a new and more joyful period of your life. Consciously your life may go on as if nothing has happened, but deep within your psyche changes are occuring which seem almost too overwhelming. It is as if a volcano is erupting deep within you with somewhat frightening effects. It is also possible that something will occur in your life to spark these subconscious reactions. It is best to consider carefully before taking any action that may result in regret. Rebirthing and other deeply-searching forms of therapy can be healing. Others of your age group are also experiencing the effects of this transit. Therefore it is also an opportune moment to share your feelings and insights.
I would expect the opposition to be stronger than the square. Generally I see conj, then opp as the strongest aspects. IP: Logged |

Hmm……t Chiron is within a 1° orb of an opposition to my natal Pluto 8° Virgo, coming to an exact hit in April. In my natal I have an opposition between these two. The interpretation excerpt that you posted is ringing true. Can’t remember where but I do recall seeing written somewhere that a Chiron Pluto opposition in the natal was an indicator of an abused child. In my case, the shoe fits and those are the issues that are coming to the fore these days. I’ve been looking at this abuse from a different ‘viewing platform’ for want of a better expression, surveying the damage that’s been done yet hopeful of some peaceful resolution to come. This transit is also coinciding with Saturn loitering on my DSC, SA Pluto conjunct my DSC and my progressed Sun is changing sign and house.

^ Was it a relationship that prompted this new view? I wonder this also because of your Pluto/DSC.IP: Logged |

Yes…..it was the ending of a relationship and the sense of loss that seems to be the driving force behind this.IP: Logged |

Yea, if I'm not mistaken your Pluto is @ 12 Virgo & I believe t.Chiron is about 8 Pisces.. I'm checking for you right now. OK t.Chiron is @ 12 Pisces on or about 4/12/13 through to 5/4/13 (direct), so it's about a year off. Rx @ 12: 7/31/13-8/22/13 Direct @ 12: 2/9/14-2/24/14IP: Logged |

Lonake, good to see you posting on this forum again. I read your thread on LC and obviously incorrectly thought you were going to lessen your posts on 2.0.Anyways, I left you a msg there. Check it out if/when you have time. Good thread (this one)-it's current IP: Logged |

Hi YoursTrulyAlways, What degree is your Pluto at natally, since here I'm asking about how transiting Chiron is affecting it, if at all. Chiron right now is in Pisces @ 7 degrees.Hi Lioness, It's funny even Pluto sa to Chiron or the reverse is really hard to take, natally. Def makes sense for synastry to be rough, when isolated IP: Logged |

Hi Lonake, I'm sorry that I don't even know how to read that and tell you. The link below is a current thread and it provides a background about all my Chiron struggles, so you would have a whole background and interpret better. A million thanks. http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum11/HTML/004178.html IP: Logged |
