3rd house cusp in Virgo.Very articulate and particular in how they communicate. Use appropriate words and have a very deliberate manner of delivering what they are going to say.

Sun in Virgo-Need to gain intellectual clarity and sort out the cobwebs within the experience of life.Need to make sense of the world, events and self.Need to articulate what one experiences throughout life and "sort" it into a coherent fashion.

Jupiter in Virgo.Through sorting and sifting contrast in experiences and differentiation, one grows. Need to do away with limited points of view and discriminate information into manageable pieces.

Both these planets in the 3rd emphasized the need to express and articulate.Writing was inevitable

OMG babe, read wizard in glass, has to be the greatest love story ever written...by Stephen King...he is so versatile, literally a channel ..he's also somewhat of a paradox as he is inspired by telivision...most authors are snobs and never admit to watching telivision.

Oh and just to contribute to this, three signs that I notice in a tun of writers/rappers/poets and word slingers are the following.

Planets in the signs of leo, virgo, and libra as well as planets in the first seven houses.

There are exceptions when the last 5 or so houses are aquarius and pisces and have placements there.

I notice that journalists, philosophers, and critics have more placements in the later houses where as novelists have more placements in the early houses...and hybrids...

The guy who wrote call into the wild is an exception who had placements in the later houses.

I sometimes think I should be a writer but I have no planets in the first five houses...however the ruler of my second house is cancer and my moon is in pisces in the house of the career with major aspects to jupiter in capricorn in the ninth(publishing and business) and saturn in scorpio in the sixth(mental health and psychology)....so who knows!

Anyways, I thank the goddess mamacita for a chance to contribute my knowledge on this as I have compulsively looked at some 3000 writers and artists charts in an effort to figure out my own destiny and this is what I noticed.

Most important for novelists I think is libra+vigo. Libra tells the writer or gives a sense of balance so as to know when the work is done or good, and virgo is about details...too many details you go off balance.

I notice that king i s a master of balance and details. He writes so that if you read the story out loud there is nothing missed. For this reason his audible books are awesome and don't take much to listen. This seems cheap and easy but the truth is if you're a story teller your story should be more powerful than your words....you shouldn't make something hard to understand, your story should be deep and profound...and good enough for the average reader...that's better in the long run for everyone.

My POV...(humbly bows)

I like this interpretation of Sun in Virgo, and can relate to it.
