Meh. I do NOT believe in ghosts.

I think aliens MIGHT exist... although if they are those grey guys with the big eyes, it seems more likely that they are a race that evolved in space based on how they look.

I believe in God, but unsure which religion.

I believe in the Weavers. Fate, whatever you want to call them... the three ladies that weave the fabric of life.

And I believe that we are all living in an computer generated world... well, sometimes I believe that. lol

When I'm not believing that we are all living in a computer generated world, I'm believing that we are basically living in a "womb" and are to be born in another existence that we do not even have the ability to fathom.

Although, even the things I don't believe in... I'm incredibly interested in learning about, because who knows, just because I do or do not believe in something doesn't make it real or fake.

I have thought of exactly the same concepts. I mean it's not far off nor impossible. Even with science it's like art; it keeps changing and we really never know...

I think that's the Hollywood version... personally...

I don’t feel like they have power at all, or not more power than anyone who is alive.. If you know how to set your boundaries you can protect yourself spiritually.

Personally I feel it is much easier to call a spiritual police, whether it is God or your own higher self.. and defend yourself form a ghost – than it is to deal with a real-life thief.

Maybe I am weird – but I would be MILES more scared about my house being broken into by a person who is alive.. than by a ghost.

I've lived in a "haunted" house that was said to cause a lot of grief etc. Nothing happened to us.

I've lived in a home where things were seen, never having seen anything myself.

I've walked by funeral prye places and nothing ever happened.

I have however since walking by those places have had this reversal with dogs. Before they would take well to me; I even used to take care of my neighbors pet dogs while htey were away. Yet, since all that stuff I mentioned above, they keep barking at me. Idk if it was the fact that I was ina country where the animals were let loose, but when I came home even the dogs here did the same.

I don't know if I'm just scared of dogs because of past experience and they sense that or it's something else.

There is a saying that those born breech attract stuff. Did I? Dang I hope not.

I'll tell you though of a few good experiences. Growing up was really emotionally unstable. My family was always in tears after arguments. I was too young to do anything so I would sit in my room and pray to God or whoever was out there that could help me. Generally even now when I'm emotionally burning, I get this feeling. It's first a shiver that starts at my upper back then it gets stronger and moves down a bit. It feels nice though.

I also had an active imagination so I used to think it was my grandma patting me on the back...lol

I've seen something when I was maybe 4, then at 8ish, then 14.

Nothing bad ever happened.

I'm thankful for that.

I believe because I can't exclude anything.
It could have been my imagination the lighting what have you.

Oh and I forgot to mention I suffer from sleep paralysis. Only when I'm really stressed or when I sleep on my back. I've read some crazy **** . And yes, I usually get that when I fall asleep midprayer. I've had had scary experiences with that but I don't know if it's just in my mind.

Couple times I felt a lot of pressure. I couldn't wake up my body though my mind was awake. I could sometimes "see" myself struggle to wake my body up even though my eyes were closed. Once I fell asleep while praying and I saw a lot of skulls rushing to my face in the darkness of my mind when I was trying to get my body to wake up. Once I felt a tug at my bed sheets and then thought there was a girl sitting on the floor of my bed tugging at em. That scared me ******** .

Another time, I felt someone like spoon me and grab my waist while I was sleeping sideways. I screamed for my mom lol and raced out of my room.

So other than that I have not had any bad experiences. Science does state that while having sleep paralysis people have hallucinations. I'm sure it was that. What I've stated others have felt the same.

You have a spirit as well, you know?

There is no reason for you to feel like this ghost is a superhero and you're this weak wimpy little thing.. That's not the case.

They are the soul of a dead person.. and you are the soul of a person with a body. That's all. It's not that different. You will die yourself.. after all.. and if you believe in reincarnation then you have been *there* before (in a purely spiritual state).

Moonfish was saying that ghosts can be everywhere... Ghosts are spirits.. So if their spirit is everywhere - then your spirit is everywhere and everyone is everywhere.. so it's neither here nor there.

I am sure that there are many spirits around me right now. Not just ghosts but also neighbours.. and people walking on the streets, people in cars.. etc..

I don't know for certain that there is a ghost in this room right now (obviously)... but since there are 7 billion people alive on the planet and since we have all lived soooo many lives... I mean God only knows how many spirits are around both *embodied* and disembodied.

The thing is I don't really care... because for instance - I also don't know right now, at this moment - whether my neighbour's spirit is around. I don't know whether this particular neighbour is home or not and I really don't care to be honest.

If I absolutely wanted to find out, I could ring their doorbell and see whether they are home.

If I absolutely wanted to find out whether there is a ghost in my room, I would try meditation or I would try a seance, maybe even with an ouija board.

But I'm not curious at all ^
