Thanks for the responses! I have an air mars and venus conjunct pluto so I do feel things very intensly but on the inside. My air mars keeps me aloof and controlled on the surface. Does venus in scorpio have a tendency to try to gain emotional control in a relationship as in hot/cold, push/pull? IP: Logged |

Yes, but that mainly depends on the level of maturity. If the person is insecure/immature they are more likely to try and control the other person's reactions/actions and the course of the relationship.

My ex had that, venus in scorpio, mars libra. And I noticed that YES he was possessive (but denied it) but he did not like to b possessed himself. Very aloof. Very sexual and I became his possession but no no no there was no possessing of him he did not have venus conjunct pluto in his natal. Just wanted to add my 2 cents IP: Logged |

very good question The difference is Venus conjunct (or opposite) Pluto can show the loss of a partner through death, sometimes before the wedding where as Venus in Scorpio has Scorpio traits relating to their Venus. Control, jealousy/suspicion, stubborness etc. as with all placements, these can be modified by sign and aspects. IP: Logged |
