Here's my advice (I'm a Leo woman).

Try and flirt with her without actually saying anything that she can reject (like asking her out), but if she seems keen then ask her out.

You might be able to drive her crazy for you by flirting but NOT making a move or asking her out. She might even make a move on you lol
